The media could not be loaded. I combined the 197” and 59” kits for a custom size. You make sure and put a ceiling bracket where you combine the two rails too, so that there’s extra support. When combining units, use all the brackets, install 8 ceiling brackets not 4-6 use all 8. This way it’s still using 4 per kit to distribute the weight. Make sure you fully extend and tighten the ceiling brackets to expand them on the other side of your drywall ceiling - it’s great systems for the price

I would have left a 5-star review but this set was missing some of the pieces. Unfortunately, other company's pieces do not fit this system so I am at a loss. Very disappointing. Hoping to hear back from the company to see if anything can be done to help us.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and is resolving the issue. I’m very pleased and have changed my review!
