Sharp TV isn’t what it should be!
Right from the moment we got the TV we had to go onto Amazon chat to find out why we couldn’t find the Australian icon to set up our new tv. We were told to use the German icon which to me sounded strange. Who would know that? anyway it worked but it still was strange. The TV itself works but I cannot get any Australian apps eg. SBS on demand, IView etc. only Prime, Netflix which I don’t subscribe to and YouTube which I use. Also my Australian tv channels are under totally different numbers, eg. Channel 7 is Channel 2 and so forth with all other channels. I personally think I was sold a European model. Not happy!

Cracking TV for grandkids guest bedroom
Really pleased with this TV. The white bezel (and remote control) matches well into the room decor. Running through the options, the Freeview HD gives an excellent picture, and the sound is surprisingly good for the size of the TV. Wi-Fi works well (more later) giving access to Netflix, iPlayer, etc, along with Freeview Play. The DVD player is a very nice touch too. The connections are sensibly placed on the back, allowing it to be closely mounted to the wall using the supplied screws. There are USB and HDMI connections on the left hand side allowing easy access even when closely mounted to the wall. I haven't used the USB connections to record programmes, although it does support this.Initially I had a problem entering the Wi-Fi password - even though it was being entered correctly, it reported that it was incorrect. I eventually gave in, and set the rest of the TV up, then accessed the Network setting through the menu - selected the Wi-Fi, entered the password which was then accepted. I suspect that there is a bug in the TV setup software.I would certainly buy another, and happily recommend it.

Great TV for the price
Great TV, dropped a star due to WiFi issues.Great sound and picture, the WiFi signal in the room it’s in is good on a speed test but this TV struggles to play BBCi Player (lots of buffering and stop start), it streams Netflix well but if you put the picture on Dynamic it pixelates whilst streaming - this is rectified by using the standard picture set up or movie. It plays YouTube without issue and Prime, just a little slow on loading, so really cannot complain especially for the price. The built in DVD is easily accessible, control is easy to use and initial set up was very easy and straight forward (it found our 2G network straight away but won’t discover the 5G network on our router). Because there is no Bluetooth to connect wireless headphones I brought a Bluetooth adapter which just plugs into the audio and powers from the USB for £20 so problem solved. We also mounted the TV on the wall, it’s nice and light with a slim profile so looks great. All in all it’s a great Smart TV for the price, especially with the built in DVD.
