Delicious Keto Breakfast Pancakes
If you love pancakes for breakfast but don't want the high calories, carbs, fat and sugar, then this King Arthur Keto Wheat Pancake Mix is for you. Plus, you get 9 grams of protein per serving. They're not going to taste as great as a delicious, freshly baked stack of pancakes with sugary syrup at a breakfast restaurant, but they are definitely the very best keto pancake mix I've purchased for making pancakes at home and I've tried quite a few. These are very easy to make but be careful of the water to mix ratio or the batter will be too thick or too watery. You can also add some blueberries or cut-up strawberries. I use a little sugar-free syrup on top but use whatever works for you. I highly recommend your trying this pancake mix. I've been using it for several years and find it to be very satisfying with a nice cup of hot coffee.

The texture is like pancakes, the taste is close enough to satisfy my craving for real pancakes!
The batter in the normal recipe remains just as thick after letting it sit the required 5 minutes, and it doesn't spread at that thickness. So unless you're wanting super dense and thick pancakes, I would suggest to make the waffle recipe on the back and then add more liquids until it seems like the right consistency.I made flapjack style by using 1 cup of the mix, 1 egg, 2 tbls oil, and nearly twice as much milk as called for (again, use the recipe amount, then adjust to your thickness prefrence). Definitely cook in a little oil, fat or butter - otherwise it might stick! It'll have bubbles that pop like regular pancake mix, and it'll start to set around the edges before you need to flip.Excellent with butter and syrup of your choice. Hits the spot, which is tricky to do with low carb foods!

For diabetics there great
I order probably 5-6 packs for the month. I’m not big on leaving reviews but the one of the first things I do is look at them on here. That being said I figured since I’am I regular customer people should know that for a newly diagnosed diabetic I look forward to these in the morning with a few blueberries. Some reviews say there not fluffy. I found that if you use to much water there not fluffy. Little thicker and they rise just fine. I only wish they came in bigger bag but that’s why I stock up for month. It’s only myself in family that is diabetic. Compare to other brands at local store this has lower carb count plus to me has the better taste

Nothing special
Just buy Walmart or jiffy this was average at best and overpriced for a very small amount.

Great tasting & good consistency
Made them this morning for the first time. Was surprised by the taste of them, even without anything on them. A tad dry, but this is pretty typical anyway. I paired this with butter and sugar free maple syrup and was surprised at how much I like them.I eat them in groups of 3 which calculates to6 grams of fat13.5 grams of protein3 net carbsPerfect for an alternative to eating eggs for breakfast so often. Highly recommend this addition to your Keto breakfast plan.

Good taste, but weird texture
They tasted good, and they make a nice pancake thickness, not thin and runny like some keto pancake mixes I’ve used. HOWEVER, they have a weird inside texture that I’m having a really hard time getting past. It’s more like the texture of a ripe banana. For that reason, I’ll be trying a different brand.

Very happy with this product!
I made a single serving of pancakes using 1/3 cup of mix, 2 tablespoons and two teaspoons of water. It made three small pancakes. I spread the batter gently into shape with a spatula because the batter was thick. They tasted almost like a sourdough pancake. I used Carey’s sugar free syrup. I am very happy and I hope they keep making this product. It’s such a nice change from almond flour pancakes. Now that I followed the bag recipe I am planning on some tweaks like a little grated orange rind and a wee bit of sour cream.

Absolutely delicious
I made this for my daughter and she had no idea it was keto. She loved it and it is only 40 calories per pancake with very little carbs.
