Great tool.
I love this tool. Its helped me with all my trimming needs. Easy to use. Make sure the chain is tight after you get it and you're good to go. It's great that it has two batteries. Be careful as to where the rest of your body is when you use it. Safety first.

Very easy for this "old lady" to handle
I bought this to trim low branches around our house. I kept getting poked in the face by branches. You have to push in a button while trying to pull the trigger. If you have worse arthritis than mine, that could be difficult with one hand. I often press with one hand and pull the trigger with the other. Very light weight, and easy to get carried away trimming branches. 4" branches are a hard limit. It'll get stuck otherwise. I've used it a few hours so far and haven't recharged the battery. It comes with 2 batteries.

Effective, handy and so easy to use
I was using a hatchet to trim limbs and brush. I saw an ad for a handheld chainsaw. I did some research and found this one. OMG, so much fun and it works fast! I have only used once. I can not wait till fall to really try it out for longer period of time. In the short time I used it I got a lot of work done!

Good price and ni e item.
Good product works well. It does over heat a bit and does safety shutdown per husband. But it does the job.

Very easy to use
This is easy to use and cuts better than I expected. I waited to review this until after I had used it a couple times and am very pleased with my purchase. Being a 57 year old woman with carpet tunnel issues and over 20 trees on my property it will come in very handy.

This particular saw is NOT compatible with the 18V Makita batteries.
I only tried the Makita 18V battery, which didn't fit, so I didn't use it and can't say much about it beyond that.

Lightweight but powerful!
This is a great little saw with great big capability! I love it. I have arthritis in both hands, particularly in my thumb joints. No problem with this lightweight chain saw. I was able to take down two medium sized, out of control trees and trim up a couple of other trees in my yard. My only problem was making myself stop cutting. I loved using this chain saw!
