The mirrors are fine. However, they are the wrong size. I ordered 4 of the larger mirrors. Two arrived broken. So I initiated the return process and then clicked on the item from my order history to reorder 2 more, to replace the 2 that arrived broken. It took me to these smaller ones, rather than the correct mirror - that I actually purchased...borderline fraud, in my opinion! Since this is the finishing touch on our new construction home, I’ll likely try to make them work, as it’s already been a 3 week process!** Update ** Tried to make the mirrors work, but they are too small for the space. I will be returning these, as well. Not sure if it’s Amazon practice to direct you to the “next available” item, when a purchaser clicks “order this item again”, or if it’s the practice of the seller. Either way, it just cost me weeks more in finishing our new home! Terribly, terribly disappointed!! And NO resolution has been offered to me at this point.

I was looking at very similar styles of these from potterybarn for triple the amount. I chanced purching them and I am absolutely stunned at the quality. They are exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price.

Nice mirror but the hardware is poorly made. We have one that won't screw tight and another side that stripped. They look nice on the wall but wished I spent a bit more to get higher quality hardware. Does anyone know how to order replacement parts?

Ordered these to complement some brushed stainless (awesome) waterfall faucets I recently purchased from Amazon. Directions are limited but it's pretty intuitive. Hard part, if you're solo, is to hold the mirror while you're installing the second bracket. You can't install the brackets first, then set the mirror on them. If that was the case, it woulda made installation 10X easier. All the parts showed up with both mirrors.The main problem, which others have experienced, is the threaded mounts are over-machined, so the endcaps wont screw tightly on the mounting rods. There's not enough thread. This makes it difficult to tilt the mirror and make it stay in place. I put (a lot) teflon tape on the threads and it seems to help a little. Maybe some blue loctite would be better. Otherwise, I'm just going to cut some foam coffee cups and stick them behind the mirrors. The glass is decent quality with no image warping, so that's a plus.Overall, they're decent mirrors for a guest bath, or kids bathrooms, but I would invest in more expensive mirrors if they were going in my master bath.

This mirror is perfect for my bath. The price seems a little high for the mirror but the look is what I wanted so I decided to go with it. I did pay attention to the reviews - especially to the fact that the template is off, which it is. I found that the one I got was about a quarter inch off. That doesn't sound like much but it makes a huge difference as to whether or not you can get the mirror hung! I took my time, remarked the template and had no trouble. The swivel hardware seems a little less than sturdy. It could have been better designed. I'm hoping that I don't have issues with it in the future.

Love how these mirrors turned out! Heavy, but otherwise easy to install.

Would definitely purchase this mirror again if I was remodeling another bathroom. The quality and look of the mirror is fantastic and was easy to install. It did take two people, as the mirror can be a bit heavy for one person when measuring and installing. The pivot and finish are smooth, and very pleased with the outcome. One of the mirrors did arrive broken upon delivery, but I was sent a new one in less than a week after returning the broken one in the original packaging.

Doing bathroom remodel, just installed these mirrors today and the end caps that hold the tilting function in place are stripped and do not even appear to go with the mirrors so there is no way to hold them in place! Tried to use plumbers tape to see if we could get them to screw on and no luck! I am disappointed to say the very least and I ordered these back in April so too late to return. I would not order these as they don’t function and cheaply made! 😞Update 8/2: after waiting an entire month for replacement parts, they sent me the same exact crappy hardware that came with the mirrors in the first place and do not fit, do not work an absolute waste of time and effort! This product should be removed from Amazon!
