No issues whatsoever
Cannot beat it for the money anywhere. Excellent bang for your buck and almost zero bloatware. Runs my Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator just fine as well.

Super value. Perfect home office PC.
The value of this PC is unbeatable. Using in a home office. Mostly googling, email, MS office and home accounting. Running dual monitors (using dvi to hdmi adapters) and have attached an external USB hard drive for backup purposes. Quiet, compact and good performance (boots quick). No bloatware was much appreciated. Have it in a closed cabinet in my desk with no heat issues. Perfect replacement for my 7 year old dying mid tower that was running windows 10. Easy to move all my existing software instead of dealing with windows 11.

Good condition unit, not "renewed" however
The Mini PC is in good condition. Cosmetic wear was attempted to be touched up, the paint however is not great quality and comes off while touching the unit and there is some overspray over the IO ports on the back. This Micro PC was referred to as a "renewed" unit, which I understand as refurbished. Apart from reinstalling the OS and some spray paint, nothing else was done, especially not on the internals. The drive was installed into its caddy with the incorrect size and amount of screws. There were so many dust balls inside the machine, that I doubt this has been opened in years.I highly recommend replacong the thermal paste for the CPU. But all in all a decent price for a good condition unit and it is working without any hardware issues. Happy with the purchase.

Used is the way to go!
I can't tell you how many computers I've purchased, a few dozen. It's been a job, I'm a "computer professional". Until a few years ago I never considered refurbished machines as an option. Man did I waste a ton of money! And, got little to nothing for the extra expense. The performance I get from these refurbs is right on par if not superior to machines that cost ten times more (actually X10 more). This machine is a true performance champion. I am use it for photo processing and web-publishing. It is a very snappy machine that has been a joy to use.RefurbChoice is another on list of companies that have sent me immaculate machines. And this machine did appear to be a brand new machine in every way. That's the experience you should expect, the same as new!

Catastrophic Failure
Update: My delight was extinguished when it fatally crashed. I spent two lengthy sessions online with Microsoft trying to get it working again. We tried resetting the hard drive (luckily my data was on an external drive) but nothing worked. This is a refurbished item and after I despaired of ever getting it to work I flashed back on a question my tech support asked: was a home computer or a work computer? It was a home computer I assured him. However I suspect that it did begin life as an office computer (configured to meet the specifications of a corporate network). And that might explain why it refused to be "reset." In any case I'm going to replace it with a new one. Same style because until it failed, I was quite pleased with it.--------------This refurbished unit replaced a Dell Laptop in a fairly complex configuration.I thought I'd just plug into the docking station and everything would work like magic (at least I hoped it would).I have consistently had good luck with refurbished products, but this little gem refused to boot up! I had zero response from the help desk. A weekend was involved so I kept trying before contacting Amazon. This device has one VGA port and two "Display Ports". My monitors were utilizing HDMI cables connected to the docking station. Once I located a VGA cable (in use elsewhere in my house), I connected one monitor directly to the EliteDesk and VOILA! I was connected. So next I had problems with the EliteDesk USB ports (trying to connect mic, camera, etc). None of the ports worked. Meanwhile as I loaded software, EliteDesk kept restarting as it found updates. At last everything seemed to be okay and the USB ports are working! I should have been more patient. I bought the necessary DisplayPort cables and connected the terminals directly to the EliteDesk (bypassing the docking station). Now everything appears to be running fine. I'm still working on software installation. But it's going well and I'm very happy! Tips: Be sure you have the right monitor connection cables ( VGA or DisplayPort). Be sure you have a good internet connection and allow plenty of time for Windows updates.

Fantastic value
I expected much less than I what I got (given the price point). Kudos to the purveyors! Prospective buyers, do not be hesitant. Buy from this seller and you will not be disappointed.

It had a little miner ding but it works great. Didn’t come with Bluetooth, the wifi works great. I had a little issue with the set up and getting it to work. That’s it no issues

What you get will vary, not all are same or to same 'refurb' standards
I just received my second order of 2 units. The first two were much nicer in appearance and cleaner inside/out. The first two have been running fine (used in a classroom lab environment). These second ones seem to funtion so far but feel much more like 'heavily used refurbs'. They have been painted (quick and sloppy job) on the outside - really wonder why, must have looked bad before? One has a loud fan (looking to see what I can do about that) and had considerable dust inside. The other had a slightly small SSD (spec says 512G, it has a 480G) and the brand is about as generic as you can get (other has Kingston 512G drive). Two of the 4 units I received had a lose screw rattling around inside. I was able to remove them and it doesn't appear to have a purpose (i.e. can't see where it came out of). Concern is that left, it could have caused issues. Checked this time around and found one before powering on...Keyboard/mouse work - seem to be cheapest available of course. Two different brands but keyboards both have what I consider obnoxious enter key (narrow backwards upside down L shape style). Just personal preference - didn't buy for the kbd/mouse.Note also that the units I received were Displayport output only (image here shows VGA as well). Works fine with right cable/adapters of course but...
