were bought for someone other than my family. easy to install. am told they are working really better than they expected.

The high return warning i assume is just people who get the wrong screw size .

Last time I ordered the wheels were sort of clear and now they're all black. they still work but if you are trying to match an old set like we do in big musty theatres with 25 sets needed for shows then maybe these aren't for you. but they're amazing, they're quiet and we keep buying from them.

Very tight fit, but worked. Expect to need to thread this SLOWLY and have to stock the wheel screw on when its halfway through the hole so that it lines up right. Also you will need a large, size 8 allen key (was not included in either set of wheels). It's pretty large, but this size often comes with workout equipment, or other large furniture allen key stuff.Pro: Works with the BALUS 75 ''L X 38''W Rollaway Bed. Wheels roll nicely. All 4 wheels lock. Will not eat up carpet. Made up of a rollerblade wheel with metal (locking clip is plastic tho).Con: Hard to put through so it lines up - just get the locking screw started, then line it up with the screw that is on the wheel.. then thread the rest of it through - then tighten.

I needed to replace some wheels on my indoor laundry cart. The orginal wheels scratched up the floors and were really noisy. I visited many hardware shops and large stores for replacements and none were the correct size. After two previous attempts, this batch was just perfect! Easy to install.Very Happy with my new wheels!

I got these to replace the wheels that came on a laptop table. They were very easy to install. Just the right size. They roll very smoothly. They swivel easily. The problem I have with them is they are very hard to lock. There is a piece sticking out from the top of all the wheels that you're supposed to step down on the apply the brake. This is very needed on wood floors because the wheels roll so well. However, I cannot get them to lock down. Getting that piece to push down is impossible. I did manage to get one locked, but then I almost didn't get it to unlock. It is very frustrating because now my table rolls all over the place when I'm trying to use my laptop. If you can find an easier way to lock the wheels, they are great wheels.

Easy to install. Fit into existing inserts without any problem. Much stronger than plastic ones they replaced.

they did fit my need but perhaps the off center nature of the mounting meant the bolts had extra pressure on them. noticed the chair was sitting weird and found 2 of the wheels posts had bent.
