I used a different brand of B6 for the past 5 years with great results. In an effort to lower costs I ordered this.It is not as effective as what I was using and will go back to other brand.

Long story short - after some online research my wife found that P5P can be an effective treatment for my trigger finger. I take one of these twice a day in the morning and evening and trigger finger gone! I stopped taking it to test it's effectiveness and the condition was back in a couple of days. Strated back up and haven't looked back since! This brand has become my go-to for most of my supplments and vitamins - inexpensive without giving up quality!
