Whitmor Storage Cubes - Stackable Interlocking Wire Shelves -Black (Set of 4)

I did NOT make a bunny cage, I used it for storage.I can only give a 5 star score, since 4.5 isn't an option.Basically, it is what it says on the tin. A few people said it required tools or a lot of brute force, they might not have been doing it right. It snapped together easily, it's very stable, I did NOT need the zip ties to reinforce it. It's holding textbooks, shoes, and heavy reams of paper without any problem. Made three shelves and a bin like on the box, though I put the bin ont he other side, and there are a lot of combination. Two extra connectors and one panel let you change how you have it as well. I could tell how strong the connectors were when I tried to disconnect it to change how I had it, not easy, which is good.I ended up cutting up a box and using the zip ties to make cardboard floors, so I could stow small things there.Only 2 minor problems, the instructions sucked and I kind of had to figure it out on my own.It's somewhat wobbly when empty, but the weight of stuff keeps it down. But what did you expect for 20 dollar wire panels?All in all worth it if you want storage on the cheap. Great for dorms.

These storage cubes work really well to help with your storage needs. Not all wire cubes work this well.

I use these in my closet. I have very few clothes that hang, mostly work clothes that store best folded or rolled. So the hanging clothes go in my wife's closet and my closet is just floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall cubes built with these (4 cubes wide 5 cubes tall). I had some of these cubes as a kid that were really hard to snap together and take apart, but once they were together they were very solid. Unfortunately over the years quality seems to have gone down a little bit as now they are much easier to snap together, but that means that they are prone to popping apart when you don't want them to. These are a great storage solution, much cheaper, easier, and faster than building a wood cubby system. But if you want to build a larger setup with them and load them up with some weight when you are done buy a bag of tiny zip ties of the same color as the metal and lock the joints together with those as you go. Initially my 4th and 5th rows up were popping apart especially towards the middle. Then I put small clear zip ties around every joint and now it is very solid even having cubbies loaded with heavy sweatshirts, Carhartt pants, work boots, and ski gear. Plus once there is stuff in the cubes and the ends of the zip ties are trimmed you hardly see them

Thanks to my secret santa for buying this product for me. I wanted be more efficient with my storage space and figured storage cubes was the way to go. This product was perfect for the job and I will probably buy more the next time I have the urge to re-organize.- Super easy to assemble and enough configuration options for me- They are pretty much wire racks you put together (as advertised) so they don't feel extra sturdy, but good enough to store water bottles, scuba gear like fins and masks, and snowboarding gear like helmets and layers- Looks very good in white (too bad the connectors stick out in some areas, but who's judging what's in your closet, right?)I rate this product a BUY!

I confess that I've used these before, but not ones purchased from this vendor. They were exactly what I expected and are performing as I'd hoped. I was really amused to see how many people use them as animal enclosures - I never imagined that - since I've always used them for shelving. I'm and artist who requires lots of flexible spaces for my supplies, such as my empty frames, wool for spinning, yarn storage and more. At times I need to hold odd sized objects, so all I need to do is reconfigure the cubes. For shelving books, I use extra grid panels to create half-size spaces, then add extra zip ties to strengthen the structure. I am an absolute believer in using the ties to hold things together tightly, since I sometimes need to move a unit around my studio. The only limit to what one can do with these structures is you own imagination. I also find them well made. The only parts that have broken were my own responsibility from having put too much pressure on them or using them in a way that was not intended - live and learn. Another benefit is that you can add to an existing structure any time you'd like. Good product at a fair price, especially with Prime shipping. Another company was offering them for the same price, but the shipping was 50% of the cost of the units. I really like this product and will be back for more. Oh, and be sure to buy a LOT of zip ties, they go fast. I used nearly 200 to assemble four units into a storage area that ranged from about 2.5 to 4 feet high and 9 feet long. But, it moves easily as one piece and is incredibly sturdy.

These shelves work good enough for the price, but they do suffer a lot from fitment issues. They are really finicky to set up due to the plastic corner clips, and they are even more finicky to get to stay together once it is set up. When set up, they are sturdy enough to hold most small light items you would want to place in them. I would not place anything super heavy on them or you will risk them coming apart.

Fácil de armar, las estructuras metálicas de buena calidad y resistentes. Las uniones aunque son de buena calidad, al ser de plástico, no creo que aguanten muchos cambios con el tiempo.
