HP 8200 Elite, Intel Quad Core i5 3.10 GHz, 16GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit (Renewed)

First time I have purchased a renewed computer and I was skeptical. I am very pleased with this unit. Needed decent power and storage for our business office. This worked out perfect. It came well packaged and also had a wifi usb with it, as well as a keyboard and mouse. 60 days later, I came in and it had a boot error on the screen and it would not boot, kept asking for a valid disk or drive. Turns out that windows updated and it changed the bios setting, just needed to change HD back to enable legacy (just in case someone else gets this error). Both Amazon and SkyTech offered support to help fix the issue and ultimately SkyTech even offered to replace the HD before I found the solution. Great Service and quick too. Very Pleased with the purchase.

The computer arrived on time and was well packaged. Out of the box it was easy to set up with good instructions.The computer is lighting fast and runs Windows 10 very efficiently. Only issue that I have is that the hard drive makes a bit of noise as it processes, but for the price, a very nice computer.

I got this renewed PC because of the low price and that it has a 1TB drive , 16GB Memory and Win 10 Pro. I'm very pleased with this purchase and how well it performs. Also, it was delivered a day earlier than expected.

Product was DOA. I FINALLY got it working by exchanging power cords a couple times and literally jiggling things around for a couple days. After I finally got it running it sounded like a jet plane starting up. After contacting the vendor they told me to check inside the case for something loose. I found the shroud that goes around the fan and or processor was just laying inside the case, not connected to anything. I fixed that and it quieted the fan noise down. The hard drive, from day one, makes a noise that to my best description sounds like the gurgling at the end of a coffee pot cycle. The vendor said regarding ALL the above that they could help me with "warranty" claims. The thing was DOA and had other issues, there should be REPLACEMENT, not WARRANTY claims. Further research led me to find out the vendor was in Canada, so shipping it back to them, AT MY COST for a DOA product, was not in my best interest. Also had issues with the Windows authorization, and to this day I can't let it go to sleep, or I have to do a hard reboot using the power button at least 2-3 times to get it to restart, getting HP OS error messages in between each restart. I have given up on it, it is beyond hope and a total waste of my time and money.

I am going to state this up front....I love this machine...but when I was looking at all the specs, I was so glossy eyed at the storage that I was not prepared for a machine that does not take HDMI cables. Your only hope is to get a 16pin video cable or upgrade your video card. I DID upgrade my card (make sure you get one that is slim)....and I am pleased as a pig in mud!I am NOT saying that anyone deceived me...I simply hadn't thought to check.My only real complaint was that I had to wait a couple days to get everything up and running while I waited for a new video card. Seriously though, you get a lot for your money ....even when you put out more for the card!

This PC came with Windows 10 Pro along with wireless capability. It looks brand new and works like a charm. I recommend this to anyone who needs a PC for home office work or even making videos and streaming movies. I am so glad I got this product. I also asked a question to the company and was given a reply quickly before it shipped. It also came with mouse and keyboard. Great product from a very responsive company.

I had originally submitted a poor review for this unit. It was missing some drivers and I had trouble getting through to the powers that be. I'd like to retract that now because the problem has been rectified and the company couldn't be nicer about it. This is the 3rd computer I've bought from them and I've never had a problem. Had a little hiccup here but things are fine now and I love the computer, it's fast, quiet and has plenty of room to expand. I would definately recommend this company. If it isn't right they'll fix it asap.

This computer was actually a step up from the old computer that died. The DVD & CD drive is stiff, the case seems to have seen better days. I thought it had wifi but did not. It works just fine, just not comfortable with it yet. I should have looked at the description a little more closely.

This product was purchased in June 2022 and had issues of not powering off fully when shut down. It lasted all of 6 months before it displayed unrepairable errors. Cheap but definitely not worth it. Will never buy a desktop from here again.
