For eveything included, this purchase is incredible and works perfectly. The RBG lights work amazingly and looks awesome in my room. I was recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a new PC to start off with. I have pleased with the purchase from IBUYPOWER.

So far I haven't had any issues, it runs all my games on high quality with no issues and little lag or frame drops depending on the game and the server I'm playing on. Overall a good buy for the money.

If you’re playing anything from Pong to the PS3/360 era it’s great. On lowest graphics settings. It’s modular enough you can replace each item individually so if you need more RAM or another hard drive or a more recent GPU then it’s easy to do. Looks cool enough too, if you like black and red. Only actual issues with it are entirely the fault of Windows being a consistently mediocre OS.

Last week, after 6 months of use, the computer stopped working (it looks like a POST problem, but the simple trouble-shooting steps on the company's website did not fix it). I have been trying to contact them ever since. Neither of the phone numbers work and it's been days since I submitted a work ticket through the online email form. Considering the kids need the computer for school, the lack of service is quite frustrating.

Perfect PC for starter gamers. Runs everything I play but not top graphics ofcourse. Definitly has the bang for the buck.

Thought highly of this company and product until about a month in. Power supply shorted out literally a month after receiving it. Does what needs to be done for a basic gaming pc, but the parts inside are not quality. Also, as advertised, there are no lights in the tower for this model.

Took a while to ship but the quality and graphics are amazing
