When I received my microwave, I plugged it in and the inside light turned on, it stayed on and wouldn't turn off. It also wouldn't start microwaving no matter what I did. It looked like these 2 errors occurred because the door wasn't properly closed, even though it was.I contacted Amazon Customer Service and explained the issue. They told me to record a video of the problem so they could unsterstand it better, which I did. After they reviewed the video they determined that I received a faulty microwave.By this time a Customer Service Representative named Ailsa, took over to make things right. She told me that I didn't need to return the faulty microwave and to make the process faster, she refunded me the total amount back into my bank account. The next day I ordered another one exactly like the first one. I received it a few days later and it worked like a charm.After having this microwave for about a week, I absolutely LOVE it! I couldn't be happier, and Ailsa turned a bad situation into a great one. Fantastic customer service! Awesome little microwave!(update May 12, 2021)My red microwave is fantastic! Now that I'm used to the controls, I'm very pleased. The dial is cool, turning it adjusts the cooking time by 10 seconds per click. Turning the dial 180 degrees comes out to 2 minutes. The Instant/Start button starts the microwave at 1 minute, each time you press that button again, the timer increases by 10 seconds. Very easy to work and I still absolutely love it.

I wanted a small, fun-looking microwave. I only use it to warm up leftovers! So the size and quality and look were #1 and this one is perfect on all accounts!

I purchased this microwave mostly for the look and size. It’s not easy to find small microwaves. The major criticism is the noise while it runs. It’s on the louder annoying side and it does take twice as long to reheat leftovers compared to our older larger compactor microwave.

I moved into a smallish condo that did not have a built in microwave, so I knew I needed to buy a small one to try keeping my countertops free from too much clutter. This microwave in a beautiful color looks wonderful in my small white painted kitchen. It is so easy to use and is efficient.

I got this little microwave to save space in my small kitchen. I love it. It looks classy, (gold model), I love the knob to control the timer and it works great. It holds a regular dinner plate and normal coffee mugs. I have no problem maybe waiting a few extra seconds for my food to heat up. I highly recommend this product.

It's so lightweight that you either have to carefully pry the door open using your thumb to press upon the frame while pulling the door open with your fingers, or, quickly snatch the door open. Otherwise you end up dragging the oven across the counter by the door handle. My old Sharp brand had a button you pressed that opened the door, eliminating the "dragging" problem.
