First, I did not receive an incentive to write this review. I am doing it because I really like the case and the price is affordable. I received the case quickly and the packaging was well done. The case leather looks rich, and the feel is that of smooth leather but not slippery. When handled, the leather does not leave visible finger smudges. The leather covers the front, the back, the bottom, and the top flap. The magnets on the front face (not visible) hold the flap down well, The sides of the case have a stretchable cloth that allows for some movement to increase the depth of the case. The stitching on this cloth is very good. The back has a hard plastic clamp that allows for the case to be attached to a waist belt, or the top edge of the pants. It also allows for the case to be rotated horizontally (I usually have the case in a vertical position and only turn it horizontally when I drive my car). The turning mechanism seems to be well built. It has a soft click and feels solid.I have a phone case on my iPhone 7. I don't like bulky cases, or cases with surface protrusions. My case has a fairly thick wall and the back is smooth. The iPhone 7 with the case on fits into the belt case quite well. It goes in with a minimal amount of a push effort and has no play once it is inside. Taking the phone out of the belt case can be also done with little effort. To conclude, this is a perfect case for my phone.

I bought this case for the 6S hoping to replace a sub quality item I bought several months ago and I am definitely not disappointed. I only wish I found this first. It's built a lot like the old Blackberry case I used to have years ago--very sturdy and it stays connected to the belt with the spring activated belt clip. I have a protective case (item # B013TKNSIS) on my phone which makes the fit a little snug but with the elastic sides it provides a good fit with the assurance it won't slip out. The magnetic closure works fine as long as the phone is deeply seated in the case and if you make sure you get it down past the natural curved part of the top and press it closed. This would definitely fit a phone without a protective case on it.

Decent, but the plastic clip breaks pretty easily. I'm on my 3rd now. But I do work as a manager in construction so it gets a bit of abuse. The first one broke the first time I had it on my hip. But I still buy them. They are good sized, cheap, and the leather feels soft and wears well (the leather looked fine, the plastic will likely break before you wear it thru.)

I like the case very much. I wear it on my belt on my left hip. It works well. However, once as I slid into my car, the case caught on the edge of the seatback and broke off the clip, non-reparably. I had to buy another one, and now I am much more careful getting into my car. What broke was a small plastic hinge pin. Had it been metal instead, it probably wouldn't have broken. But I like the case so much that I simply replaced it with an identical one.

While the leather case itself seemed well made and I have no complaints...the belt-clips, however, are simply cheap and fragile plastic. I bought two of the cases for my new iPhone 6-Plus. The first case lasted less than a month before the belt-clip broke apart. The second lasted less than 2 weeks. In both cases, I was getting out of my vehicle with the phone holster on my belt...and as I swung my left leg out of the vehicle..."snap"...the plastic clip broke in two and my iPhone fell to the asphalt. The phone was in the leather case when it fell so there was no real damage to the phone, thankfully. However, with the plastic belt-clip broken in two...the holster is now absolutely useless. Going forward, I'm going to look for a holster with a clip that incorporates some amount of metal in the clip. The plastic belt-clip on the Kingsource product is simply not strong enough.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this phone case & it had lasted me about a year. I am in construction so this gets some pretty rough use. I just clip it onto my front pocket & it hangs on tight for the ride. I like the ease of placing the locking clip onto my pocket & then with a simple squeeze releasing it to toss in the truck for the ride between jobsites. The phone compartment interior is wrapped in felt to keep my phone protected from scratches & bumps. The flap is held closed with two magnets & does an adequate job. So much better than my prior experience with Velcro which has a pretty short life with my type of use. I hope this product is still available in a year for my next purchase

First I outfitted my brand new iPhone 6S Plus with an "Incipio Flexible Impact Resistant Case" and a Zagg glass shield. Now with my new Kingsource verticle leather holster I'm all set for the elements of use. I am extremely pleased that my new iPhone, enclosed as above, fits perfectly inside the Kingsource. The material and workmanship are impeccable. It easily attaches to my belts and pivots if needed. The magnetic clasp works fine making the phone easy to retract and reinsert with no catches either way. For a phone case it is also attractive. I couldn't be happier with my choice

Got this for my dad to use with a Moto G (3rd gen, 2015) and it fits perfectly without a case. Don't have a case to test it with but I'm thinking a really thin case might still fit but definitely not a thicker one. It's already a snug fit and the flap might not completely close if the case is too big.As far as the quality goes, the synthetic leather feels nice and the clip feels solid. Remains to be seen how durable it'll be but, for now, I'm very pleased with this holster.

Looks horrible and very difficult to get out of belt. Dont use it at all

Nice matte finish on the leather, rigid, but light, and fits my Nexis 5 (in a Spigen Hybrid case) just right. The clip locks onto a belt very securely and doesn't feel flimsy. I very highly recommend this is you're into belt cases.

I needed a holster for my Galaxy S8+ as I'm in and out of cars and the phone felt like it was gonna fall out any moment because of the way it sat in my cargo pants pocket. I was hopeful that this case would be able to accommodate my phone and the Spigen Neo Hybrid case and a fellow owner of the holster confirmed that it would.The case feels very premium, kinda like a Blackberry original case I used to have for my torch back in the days.The flap has a pretty decent magnet and sometimes the flap has to be pushed closed, not a big deal. The clip appears very strong and rotation is held in place by the ratcheting mechanism very well.
