I really like it. I end up buying 2. Very good quality. Not designed for big calfs. Mine are 15inch round and it fits, but if you have wider calfs I would not recommend.

These were a critical part of my recovery from lower leg surgery. Super sticky velcro. Right out of surgery the swelling made it impossible to close these but I used the ice packs alone until swelling subsided. Now they fit perfectly (3mos post op)

It is very cold on your legs

My daughter get shin splints from track these are nice to come home and ice after practice. No messy bag of ice melting. She can move easily with them on if she need to.

Ive been icing my arm lately and I wanted to do so while I was at work, but I feel like it lasts only an hour or so. Maybe an hour and a half.I guess if you only want to do cold therapy for an hour or so, it might be a good choice. I still use it, but only at home where I can out it back in the freezer easily. It’s flexible, and it stays where I put it. I saw other reviews say it’s too small, so be careful. My arm is way smaller than a muscular leg, so if that’s what you’re looking for, try something bigger.I do like that you can take the ice pack out and wash the cover, though. That’s nice to know that it’s easy to clean.Eh. Could be worse, I guess. I don’t hate it.

This is a fantastic find! I broke my arm and this wraps completely around my forearm. The cold is evenly distributed. This stays put. I LOVE this!!!!

Pros:- One of its ends is fully Velcroed, which provides a as good grip.- No need for a layer between the ice pack and your skin.Cons:- I am a 5’7, 130lbs female with thin legs and yet I had to wrap the ice pack really tight so the Velcro could close because my shin was swollen. So, if you’re a man or have some swelling, it is not very practical. You would need something to hold it together.- They claim you can use it on your arm. When I tried it on my arm just for fun, it was way too large.- Most importantly, the ice pack doesn’t provide enough icing effect; either the fabric around the ice is too warm/thick or there is not enough ice inside.In terms of icing effect, this is certainly inferior to Torex products. I am going to return it.

Huge disappointment. Put in the freezer overnight. As you can see, small calves for a guy 15.5" at the biggest. You can also see I had to nearly pull my arm out of the socket to get it on. Because of that, you see the space (noted by my thumbs) with no cooling coverage. Also, you can see the packs have very little stuff in them. After 10 minutes, the pack measure at 65 degrees (F). I already threw the boxes away (bought two). Going to thrown them in the trash I am so disappointed.

A little awkward to get the ice packs in and out of the sleeves but there are the best thing for my shinsplints. Well worth the money.
