They know their product very well. Make sure you call them just to make sure you know the procedures. When I did call, they told me they beef up the bearing that goes bad and with a different cover assembly. Was very surprised that it came in painted. If you haven't read any other reviews or if you didn't know they have been doing the rebuilds since 1945. I did all the work myself, , loving the fact that I have a very smooth quite ride ride now. Mine is making noise and stalling out my suburban, and they expect me to wait weeks to get it checked. The one they sent stalled out my suburban the first day. I never had this problem with my other case. It only had a leak and i drove it miles 100s of miles low on flyidMy transmission is strong and rebuilt. The company should send one then I send this one they sold me that was rebuilt terribly. I honestly regret sending the core backtoo thenI'm cause I could have rebuilt it way better! They should honestly send one to me so I can send then thier trash back! Terrible customer service!
