Q: Is it supplied with a filter wrench?

This product does not include the filter wrench. The Pentair filter wrench is part number 150539 SW-1A Wrench for Slim Line Housings.

Q: what is the part number for replacement O-rings?

The replacement o-ring for this product is Pentair part number 151121 #237 EPDM O-ring for #5, #10 and #20 Slim Line.

Q: I can't find where it tells what what tubing to fit into the ports. Can anyone help? (It arrived with zero instructions.)

The housing uses 3/8 NPT fittings. I used two brass 3/8 MPT X 3/8 compression fittings, one on each side, and two flexible stainless lines with compression fittings to plumb this filter housing inline into the cold water supply in my bathroom sink. Standard bath faucet and supply lines use 3/8 compression fittings. I prefer brass and stainless lines over cheap plastic tubing and push fittings. I had a push fitting fail once, flooded my entire kitchen, causing thousands in damage.

Q: What size screws are recommended for mounting this?

I mounted this undersink using 3/4 inch #10 round head philips screws and flat washers. I recommend the flat washers as the molded keyhole mounts are fairly large. I used a fairly short screw because the rear of the sink cabinet is only 1/2 plywood.
