Everyone's favorite little robot is back, this time in a side-scrolling action game! In Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash, Chibi-Robo must swing his plug to whip enemies, reach far-off platforms and solve environmental puzzles, as well as collect upgrades to extend his plug for getting hard-to-reach collectibles and uncovering hidden areas. Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash will launch exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems this October. Bundle includes Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash game and Chibi-Robo amiibo.

Great game. Great amiibo use.
This game is great. And using the amiibo chibi with it makes it more fun. You can level your little buddy up and he tells your future. He can also unlock your unlimited attack. This is a few of the many things he does in this game! If you just bought the game, restart and buy the amiibo SERIOUSLY! It makes the game that much funnier to play. As some one who is 24 I wish I had this game and amiibo as a kid. And that being said would recommend to adults like myself and kids!

Awesome gem!
After reading online reviews from IGN, Gamespot and others... I was skeptical about opening up the game and playing it. I thought to myself, "should I just return it without opening it for a full refund?".I just said "meh~" and tried my luck for the $40 bucks I paid for the bundle. Wow... was I pleasantly surprised. This is actually a lot more fun that some other good 3DS titles. Those online reviews could have steered me away from a mighty fine game which I am really glad that I took my chances!!!I give it a definite 9/10 for the gameplay. 10/10 for the cute chibi-robo amiibo! Get it! You won't regret it!

Don't trust the reviewers
I'll start by clearly stating, this game is by no means bad. I preordered this bundle, (mostly for the amiibo let's be honest here) and was incredibly excited for it to be on its way. This was to be my first experience with good ol' Chibi, and I had high hopes that it would leave a positive impression. Enter the subpar reviews. I usually read or watch a review prior to purchase of a game, just to make sure I'm getting my money's worth, and when I saw the scores I was shocked and kind of scared. Despite skepticism I refrained from cancelling the order, and I'm glad I did. I love this game so far. It has charm, strong characters, tight platforming elements, and the amiibo functionality is by far the best Nintendo has put out yet. I keep my amiibo by my 3DS as I play, because you use it rather frequently. The only negative things I have to say about the game involves a mechanic called the "Destination Wheel". Basically, instead of choosing levels, or simply progressing to the next, harder level in a stage, you must rely on a randomized number wheel that consists of a random of assortment of the numbers 1,2, and 3. Whatever number you land on, is the amount of spaces you move, which means the classic progression system of the past has been thrown out the window. Keep in mind, there are remedies to this problem. The developers have provided you with the option to purchase numbers to put on the wheel, so if you only want to move one space you can purchase all 1's (with in-game currently which you have an abundance of) and thus solves the problem. Also whenever you complete a world, you can go back and revisit whichever level you'd like, for completion and such, without the use of the wheel. While I don't see the reason of it being there in the first place, the developers did think about the middle man here and provided us with options. Otherwise, for 40 dollars? An absolutely adorable amiibo, and solid game are well worth it. I support Chibi 2k16.

Get the amiibo not the game.
The game is not fun. The amiibo however (which you would think looks very plain for just being a metal plug) is actually quite nice. The detail in the paint and cord especially make this amiibo very cool. If I would have known amazon was going to sell the amiibo separately later on, I would have waited and not bought the game but I guess that was nintendo's plan all along huh?

If you can get the amiibo by itself do it, game not worth your time.
This game is terrible, to say the least. I could also say that it is horrendous, a mockery to its predecessors, and the developers should be ashamed of themselves! The problems with this game go on and on but the biggest problem are these:1. Level selection. As with most games, this one had levels, 6 per world. Unlike most games, where you simply go from 1 to 2 to 3... and so on. They have a roulette wheel, with numbers ranking 1- 3. If your arrow lands on a 1 you move 1 space. So if you were on level 1 you go to level 2. However, if your roulette arrow lands on a 2 or 3 you move two or three spaces, skipping level 2 and possibly 3 even. This wouldn't be so bad if it was like a board game and once you reach the goal you can select the rest of the levels at will. The thing is... is that these levels are mandatory, and the map is laid out in a circle. So once you get to level 6 you are forced to spin the wheel and go for the other levels that you(were forced to) miss. So it artificially lengthens the game by forcing you to play the levels over and over again for a chance at a luck based mini game in the hopes you can get to the levels you need to beat.2. The story is mediocore, much like the gameplay. In the other chibi robo games, there is an excellent story to progress you through the game. From family matters, to saving your park, there is a good reason for what you are doing. Here it is *SPOILER ALERT... IF YOU CAN EVEN CARE* Aliens are depleting the world resources... and for some reason this chibi robo in space, in particular has to solve the problem. *END OF SPOILER* So there is zero initiative to go out and save the world. Even the bosses make no sense, it never mentioned if they work with the aliens or of there creation. Speaking of explanations, the tutorials are horrible, I'm an experienced gamer and I can't tell you how many times I had to wait (as the assistant will eventually tell you) to find out what to do. That said the gameplay is so basic in its run to the right, jump and whip gameplay. The puzzles can be cute and clever but not clever enough.3. The highest of all sins this game does, is the in game advertising. I'm not sure if the devs. Are that bankrupt, but most people would agree that this was not the route to take. You collect real world snacks in this game that you can give to toys (the toys feel like a shoehorned in staple of the series). If you do... they tell you why the snack is so delicious and worth buying. It just makes you feel dirty for even playing the game. These design choices bring an already mediocre game down to the pit's of hellish games. The only reason it's not getting 1 star is that I like the amiibo, but if you can get the amiibo separately do it. The game is not worth it!

Great!
Great game with an included bonus, sometimes it feels like there should be a bit more depth to the game but it is pretty good overall.

Me gustó
Aunque a muchos no les ha gustado el juego yo creo que es muy bueno ya que me recuerda a los clásicos de NES, y la mecánica del látigo es muy divertida, el amiibo también excelente. Lo malo es que después bajó de precio :(.
