My son loves these things
We've bought several of these and my 7 year old loves them all. Easy to use, lots of fun to battle. We will be getting more!

2 out of 3 don't work
I've ordered 3 battle bots and controllers. 2 of 3 controllers DON NOT WORK. I wasted a lot of time trying every troubleshooting tip and trick. Turns out they just don't work. Poor quality control. Why are they sending out stuff that just doesn't work.....

is very fun to play with but it does have some problems...
The item box that it came with did come broken but the item was fine, but the plates kept coming of so I had to tape them. Overall it is a good price but it came a bit broken, still its fixable so ill give it 4 stars

Don’t ever buy from this company or product
Second one does not work , and costumer service from this product does not exist !! They say hold „ sorry nobody can answer this call „ for 2 weeks straight !! About as bad as they come !! How is this permitted to be sold on Amazon is beyond me !!

Brand New and doesn’t work
I am updating my review: I contacted Hexbug and sent my receipt and explained the problem. They are sending us a replacement one. We have not received the replacement yet, but the customer service is fabulous!My son received for his Birthday. Brand new out of the box and the front, right wheel will not move. The gears on the front right side do not move. This causes it to not work at all and unfortunately my son threw the box away so we can’t return it. Complete waste of money.
