the white part of the metal is coarse so the vinyl wont stick to it. I bought these with the intention of adding decals to them but I cant. that is the only thing wrong with this product. the cups are worth the value if you need 6 20 0z mugs but if you want to use vinyl don't get.... would be great with resin turning but not cricut… hope this helps sorry about the 3 stars but I can't use it for what I bought it for so I am kind of stuck with either buying a resin turning kit or just having too many coffee tumblers...

This may not be a big deal to most, but the item only holds 16 oz of liquid, not the 20oz it is labeled to hold. Even with the lid off (were were being kind in our experiment), it cannot hold 20 oz of liquid. It is a really good mug, but we reached out to Amazon to let them know to look into it. Like I said, it may not be a big deal to most people in the big scheme, but we purchased it specifically for the 20oz capacity.

First of course is the price , 10$ for good quality bottle is good deal, the second is quality as great as I want , I did not find any defects or imperfection, and the last is the color , navy blue , my husband likes it and uses every day, thank you

This travel cup is able to keep my morning coffee warm until well after lunch on busy work days. It can also keep cool drinks cold for hours. I am impressed with how effective it is compared to similar more expensive travel mugs.Pros: color is a great metallic rose gold that is durable and hasn't scratched. Keeps my coffee hot until I get a chance to drink it several hours after being brewed.Cons-the lid is extremely difficult to get on and off although i fixed this by using a different brands lid

I order a lot of stuff on amazon, just like anyone else. But with that comes downsides. Like lost packages. I ordered this mug because i had a coffee mug that couldn't hold any heat. After 1 hour of putting steaming hot coffee in it, would turn lukewarm by the time i got to work. I had a mug similar to this about a year ago but the lid broke. I had to get another one like it. Because it retains heat for hours. At least 3-4 hours which is what i was looking for.I gave it 5 stars not only because this is a great mug that will keep your liquid hot for 3-4 hours, but also the size is perfect.However i just want to include that usually when packages get lost, like my mug did, amazon is quick to remedy the issue. I know there are a lot of dishonest people but there are also a lot of honest people. When my package said delivered, i looked everywhere for it. I have packages at my doorstep nearly everyday. But when this package said delivered, with a note that said, "left inside the residence mailbox", i'm thinking wait, i don't have a mailbox, i have a MAIL SLOT. Through the front door. And we all know this mug would NOT fit in a mail slot.So of course some lucky person, maybe on my block, or maybe in the next street got a free cool mug to use. And amazon was courteous enough to send me another one no questions asked.Good mug but great customer service!

Just in case anyone needs to know (for travel mug related reasons more than anything) the lid has an opening for drinking, and it does not seal in any fashion. What this means is that if you are using this for traveling with liquid in the car... you can't fill it up to it's capacity or you will have spills. it isn't the end of the world, I still like the cup. It does keep beverages hot, not for 3 hours... maybe 2. Lukewarm around the 2.5 hour mark. Again, the lid is open, so that is why. If you have a different lid that fits it, with a slider or so that it closes, it would potentially help if you needed it hotter for longer. I haven't tested out the cold feature (as in how long) but that's because I prefer the metal tumblers with straws for cold. I purchased this only for traveling with coffee in the car. I would buy it again at this price point for sure. It's a good value for the price and the small issue with not being able to fill it as much as you would if the lid closed.

So, I was looking for mugs comparable to the contigo brand I usually buy at target or walmart. I search on Amazon and came across these.. These mugs are great. The price is reasonable, especially for the quality. They seem to be very durable. I would say very comparable to contigo. The metallic finish is very pretty. I ordered the rose gold and metal grey. Got them to customize with my cricut. I love the simple design that makes is easy to clean. They have a very comfortable feel to the grip. It you are looking for a real travel mug with good quality, at a reasonable price, these are for you.

This cup is basically magic!! The first time I used it was with coffee fresh from the pot while traveling to work. After arriving and starting work, it was so busy that it wasn’t until over an hour or so later when I took my first sip. I go to drink it thinking it’ll be okay or maybe even needing to be rewarmed. Oh Boy how i was so wrong! The coffee was STILL pipping hot. Not warm not hot but pipping hot. I actually burned my mouth a little (all my fault). I just stared at the cup in awe and disbelief that my coffee was still so hot after all this time. I made the coffee at about 7:15am or so that morning and started work at 8:00 am. It wasn’t until AFTER 9am when I took my first sip. The next day I used my cup for ice water and once again I was amazed. I filled my cup with ice right before the end of my lunch at about 1:55pm or so. After I got home later that day (shift ends at 530pm) and settled down(630pm or so) needing to drink some water, I grab my cup and immediately hear ice. Yes. The ice was still present after over 4 hours. Point to my story; this cup is AMAZING!
