Viper representative could not get this to pair
I couldn't get this to pair, even though it is the exact duplicate of my existing key fob. I took it to the Viper installer and he could also not get this to pair and recommended I return it. I plan on doing this but was not happy that I had to pay the return postage.

Hard instructions to understand but after reading previous reviews worked perfectly. Ps the button to press on my plumbing van was on the rear view mirror

Needs instructions that work
The link to program these remotes was useless-it sent me to a site selling remotes! No help at all to program the remotes

Arrived on time, looked on YouTube to see video on how to install. This remote replaced my original Viper remote. Took less than 5 minutes to program. Would definitely recommend or buy again.
