I love it and I like who small it is. I have both the metal and plastic. Listen for the money it’s ok. If it were half it’s is amazing.

The battery lasts a good long time. I love the minimalist design aesthetic. Button action is solid, even with gloves on. I think SoCal freeways may have confounded the device a bit. I think I missed an exit because the arrow pointed across the freeway to my left, which is where I needed to go once I exited. Perhaps if I paid closer attention to the distance and the little ball instead of the arrow, I would have exited at the right time. You can call it pilot error, but that would mean the display is less intuitive than I would like. Still, without too much practice, I can get used to it.

Purchase this product for easy navigational purposes. Seem to work well for short time. The screen eventually started to show fragments of original display. Contact customer service according to their instructions, received a generic response. Really no help. They were backed up with customer service and never got back to me. Now my timeline is expired with amazon and cannot return item. Extremely disappointed! This product is too expensive to not have any warranty that is genuine. What a hoax! Anyway, if you want to take a change and pay big dollars for this product and have no warranty, this is the product for you!

This is a small unit that gives simple navigation directions (left, right, how many miles before next turn, how far into the trip you are, even roundabout directions). It takes little space on my handlebars, works well with my smart phone (required), and has a nice speedometer built in. Easily viewed in either direct sunlight or in the dark (soft glow). The only quibble I have is that the supplied mounting system (a plastic plate held on with a couple of o-rings) is too flimsy to protect your investment. I recommend you order the handlebar clamp to mount the device.

It’s very simple but it’s enough for riders.And so tough. I washed this product and dried with rider’s jacket. But no damaged.
