Does a perfect job!
Absolutely love this rice cooker!!It’s super simple to use, lots of settings and cooks rice to perfection. The parts are really easy to clean, it’s well made, nice and sturdy and does quite a lot of rice per person. We have about a half cup per person with most peaks and this does 3.5 cups max (depending on the rice) so can get a fair few portions at once. The rice come out well cooked, (we’ve used the white, brown and sushi settings) and have been really impressed each time. The keep warm is helpful as I can set the rice going and know that it’s ready and waiting whenever I get around to making dinner.Won’t be going back to boiling rice in a pan ever again!!(Also helps that this is super cute sat out on the bench!)

Does the job.
Pretty and dainty, easy to use. One star off is there's no indicator when it's going to be cooked only after it's cooked. The inside plastic nub at the top of the lid are easily bumped into when you either lift the pot in or out, this I had to be careful. Overall, I would buy this again.

Happy with my Purchase
The rice cooking time for two people is shoter than my previous rice cooker, no messy after cooking and the rice is perfectly cooked. The cooker is easy to use and super easy to clean. We love it.

Love it! After 1 year - still perfect
I am an Asian so a good rice cooker is essential. I used to buy expensive Japanese rice cooker which holds warmth for a few days but I figured I don't need the function as I'm happy to wait 20mins for the rice to be ready each day and eat all of them then make a new one again. I have used Sushi rice, basmati and white rice. It has each setting which initially I thought it doesn't make it different but it actually works so well! I also put rice and raw chicken in the rice cooker to make chicken rice. it works perfectly with this one. I have been using it for a few days in a week for over 1 year now. Still works perfectly and I love how cute it looks in the kitchen. Highly recommended for those who is looking for a decent rice cooker with reasonable pricing.

Love it
I’ve been using my rice cooker since a while now and I just love it. It cooks rice to perfect texture and it’s also super fast. It’s gets two cups of rice done in like 20 min. It’s also very easy to clean. The metal bowl is a non stick one so it doesn’t need massive energy to scrub it. The residue comes off super easily.

Best kitchen gadget I’ve bought, ever
Absolutely love this product. It makes perfect rice for our small family, cooks the perfect porridge in the morning. I’ve been trying to reduce the number of ‚Gadgets‘ in my kitchen but this one I never regret. We use this all the time and I’m so glad I bought it. Not only a time saver, but the results are always perfect and it is really easy to clean. Finally I can also Hammer perfect brown rice which I was always hesitant to cook before because it takes longer and needed supervision. With this you just fill it, press the button and you can get on with the cooking of other ingredients without having to watch the rice. The keep warm function means the timing is always right.

Quality
I was initially skeptical about buying a rice cooker. I always boiled rice on the stove in a pot. It’s one of the easiest things to cook. But since buying a rice cooker, I’ve found that a rice cooker makes life easier. After you rinse your rice and turn the machine on, you don’t have to think about it again. You can spend your time focusing on making the rest of your meal. You won’t need to waste a stove top burner on your rice. The rice will cook to perfection and an alarm will go off when it is ready. If you’re busy cooking and the alarm goes off, no worries, the machine automatically kicks in to a low setting to keep the rice warm. It will keep the rice good for over 2hrs! Clean up is easy since the pan is non-stick. This is another reason this device is better than cooking rice in a pot on the stove top. With this machine I went from making rice once a month to cooking rice every day. And what is great is that rice is a very cheap staple.

Looks Pretty- Works Well
The media could not be loaded. Appears aesthetically pleasing to the eyes! Matches my decor. The lid is air tight & steams well. This cooker has a condensation collection cup.For 1 1/2 cup rice-took less than 20 minutes to cook. Much smaller than my family size (regular) rice cooker. This is a space saver and can only hold up to 3 full cups of rice. Rice was fluffy. I cooked yellow rice first -use the white rice setting.Con-This rice cooker has NO COOK TIMER…. You have to keep checking & guessing. The timer in my photos is ONLY FOR HOW LONG YOUR RICE HAS BEEN ON WARM.I’d definitely recommend it for a 1-3 person family or a bachelor/ette!!!

It even bakes! No Kidding.
I bought this for the RV, but now I've purchased a second one for the house. I have never had better brown rice anywhere! It came out fluffy and nutty and yum. Then I tried some cornbread in the "bake" mode. Perfect cornbread. The first one I purchased was the red. Great color, but a little difficult to read the silver markings on it. So if that would be an issue for you, get one of the lighter colored ones. I have a white one on the way. It's just great and I've worked with MANY over the years....Zojirushi included. I have the smaller size just ordered that will work great in a small RV, only uses 350 watts. Can't speak for the larger ones, but I assume they're just as good. Very pleased. And, as usual, Amazon got it here (out in the boondocks) fast and in perfect shape.

First impressions out of the box, first use
1) The interior of this “mini” rice cooker is as expected and perfect for a 1-2 person household.2) the appliance itself is way oversized for the capacity of the inner pot and steamer insert. If you have limited counter or storage space this isn’t a good choice. And yes, I read the exterior dimensions. In my small kitchen it will need to be kept on the stovetop.3) appearance is sleek, modern, efficient despite the bulky size.4) The shortest timer setting is an hour but it takes 15 min to steam broccoli? This is a serious step down from my older, cheaper rice cooker/steamer, largely because I don’t know when the 15 minutes starts, it takes a few minutes to get the water boiling.5) now for the good. I made my first rice tonight. I used the same long grain white rice I normally use and the same rice too water ratio: 1:2 that I’ve always used. I got perfectly cooked fluffy rice, not a sticky or crunchy grain to be found. This is much more water than recommended by the instructions with the cooker. JMHO stick with what you’re using or the rice instructions not the ones with rice cooker.

Good appliance
This is my first rice cooker, and I am delighted at the convenience. No mess on the stove to clean up. It's a good size for 2-4 people. I've tried white, brown and sushsi settings. All worked well. I use the proportions of water to rice from the package which works fine to give me the slightly moister rice that sticks together, Asian style, for use with chopsticks. The instructions in the booklet will give you more separate grains, European style. The measuring cup supplied bears no relation to the measurements it says. So I don't bother with it.
