A reliable truss
The truss has stable support, I wear it everynight and go sleep, it is really useful, after two weeks wearing, my inguinal hernia has some subsided ,the bulging belly is obviously gone. It is a worthy price for me, i would try to buy the second one.

Well made, but velcro doesn't last.
First I'd like to say that I had excellent product fullfillment from the seller, Guogen-Dadi, with next day delivery and an appreciated follow-up message from them approximately 2 weeks later. I would buy from them again, no question.I've only recently gotten this hernia, which is reducible, and untreated found it to be quite painful, some times irritating and others completely disabling. A video on YouTube made me aware that hernia trusses/belts/braces existed so I came to Amazon to shop. I chose this product because it appeared substantial, highly adjustable and well made. Also, with prices for most products ranging from around $11 to nearly $50 (with a few supports well over $100) this was a low-to-mid priced option with many positive reviews.First impressions led me to think I'd made a good decision. There isn't anything cheap or low quality about it. There is a lot of adjustability with numerous flaps held in place with super-fine velcro. Very different from the coarser velcro with which I am more familiar, I would describe it as the hook side feeling like a sandpaper and the loop side like a tight, smooth felt. As is the nature of velcro, it is infinitely adjustable for comfort and this fine variant grips like hell. It is a strength of the product, but ultimately its downfall as well. More on that in a bit.The truss is generally comfortable. The pressure pads can be repositioned but after trying it in different spots found none to be more helpful and effective than the default position they were in when it was delivered. I wish there was something to pull the rear straps further to the sides to avoid the "wedgie" feeling at times, but that is a minor gripe. It doesn't feel particularly tight or put a lot of pressure on my small hernial bulge, so I was afraid it wouldn't do much. To my happy surprise, it has helped tremendously with my hernia pain. Before the truss, I often could barely stand for 20 minutes, frequently less, before the pain forced me to sit or even lie down. With it on, I can function all day often forgetting about the hernia completely. However, not all the news is good. While there are 4 velcro flaps for adjustability, I exclusively use the right, outer flap to open and close the belt. I wear the belt from the time I get up until I go to bed, and this has to be done every time you go to the restroom or shower. After just 4-5 days the velcro was holding with noticeably less strength. After a week, it would come apart when I bent to raise my pants after closing the truss. I would have to hold the closure until I could close my pants and they would hold the truss in place. A few days later that was not working any more and the truss would fall open under my pants. I started using an office-supply binder clip to hold the two ends together and that worked for another week or so but then the outer flap began to curl back. Less than a month after delivery, I'm using one binder clip on the top and another on the bottom to keep the waist closed. (see photo) Does this "fix" work? Yes, but it's a kludge: bulky, slow, and inconvenient.Velcro is like sticky tape: it holds well, but as you keep peeling back and re-applying it, it loses its grip, eventually having no adhesion left at all. The solution seems obvious to me: Have one or more velcro flaps for occasionally adjusting the fit, but a main closure of metal buttons or hooks, or plastic strap "click" connectors (like are used to secure some computer bags or backpack straps). These can all be opened and securely fastened countless times. As I expect to be using a truss long-term, I would return this belt and purchase something with a durable closure even if it cost more, but perusing the pages of truss/belt/brace options on Amazon, I find only products with elastic or velcro. Neither of those last. I'm quite surprised that with thousands of hernia sufferers out there, no one has ever pointed this out before and no manufacturer has a product which addresses this problem. I've less than a week left in my return period and don't know what to do.

Will the connector last?
Like the product for ease and comfort, but even after only two weeks’ use, am very concerned that the Velcro-type connection will lose much or most of its adhesion (and the resulting strength and tightness of the truss) within a few months.

Humanized Design
the velcro is long enough and adjustable, I was excited, I could adjust it to fit the best place for my inguinal hernia feel. Besides, the breathable waist band and the under mesh also adjustable, I feel that when I put on this hernia band, in addition to being comfortable, cool, and its humanized design.

Keeps sturdier, of better quality with breathable and works much better
This belt does not restrict movement and I put it on to go to the gym for mild exercises, though you must carefully adjust the hip straps so as to avoid causing painful tightness. It keeps stably when I did the sit ups, the pads didn't slip down, and the straps keeped tight. It is sturdier, of better quality with breathable and works much better ever I bought before. Overall, I am satified with this product.

Needs to be modified to fit correctly
The S/M size is way to huge for a 33 inch wast and needed to be taken in. I had to completely remove and modify the crotch strap with Velcro in order to get it to cinch up enough to work. Once I did the remodel it is quite comfortable and effective. I would have to question as to the designer ever wearing one of these. I will probably buy another because the materials are of good quality and it can be modified to fit correctly.
