Good fit.

Perfect fit for 2006 lexus rh400h. My plastic key shell came apart. Simply swap the anti theft and buttons into the new shell and press the plastic piece over the key blade until the screw hole aligns. Snap the other side and install the screw.

Overall this was a good purchase, but it it a bit hard to assemble. First off you have to remove the metal (only) key part from the old fob. You will need something like a vice-grip to wrench off/break the plastic to get to the metal key part. Then sliding on the metal key part into the included plastic holder is also difficult as it is very tight and does not seat very well. It requires quite a bit of force.Once you have dealt with the metal key part, the rest of the assembly was easy and this saved me about $800.

I needed to replace the Lexus fob case since they tend to break often & got this. I had to wrestle it a little bit to get the key to fit but it did & it is tight & sturdy & I like that it came with a screwdriver. It doesn't have the Lexus logo on the back but I'm not going to pay a lot more money for that. I am very pleased with this case & will order another for the other fob, which is broken as well. Some reviews stated the buttons are recessed & they are but I actually like it because the car would beep after I locked the doors whenever I put the Lexus fob in my pocket. This doesn't do that so I don't need to check if my car is unlocked just because I put the keys in my pocket. This is a good deal.

Love the color and the feel, but the part that you’re supposed to slip your metal key blade through is too small, had to push in really hard and it stretched the plastic to where it is white, so now I’m worried it’s going to break sooner than later. This also causes the shell to not close all the way leaving a small gap on the end of the key (as seen in image). Maybe it’s just how this mold turned out and others have better figment I don’t know. Don’t want to return but would be cool if they’d send me a second one for free to try and see if I can get it to fit together better. You have to break apart your old case to get the blade out so sadly there’s no switching back anyway, I’m stuck with this lol.

it looks nice and everything however, when I put my parts to my Lexus RX 400 H there’s a separate piece like a bracket that your key slides down inside and that did not fit. My key was not able to slide down and was not able to install install however, the chip compartment fit the chip.

My Llexus key would break every 12-month. Poor design. Too much torque on weak plastic... But I'm happily surprised to say this is the cheapest & best solution. The design of this replacement FOB provides better structural support. (As long as your key and electronics are good. This is a no brainer).
