Time Saver!!
This filler is legit! I make hot sauce, and even with some seeds and garlic chunks, it still works perfectly! I fill 75-100 bottles for a batch, and this filler took my fill time from about 75 minutes down to 15 minutes. Fills are accurate, liquid stays hot with the lid on the hopper, and it's super easy to clean and dry. Highly recommended to anyone on the fence about buying this or taking their production to the next level.

Well-engineered, easy to use and clean, very happy with my purchase
I am very, very pleased with this filling machine. I was researching for about 2-3 years before buying one, and hesitant about buying one because I read stories of them being difficult to clean, use, pump, etc., missing pieces or issues like that.My filling machine arrived very well packaged and secured in thick foam padding. I have kept the box and foam padding for times when I needed to transport it to different workspaces, so I recommend saving the box, foam, etc. It is very easy for me to handle, to pick up and carry to different workstations. I found it very easy to clean. It may take a little bit of patience to make sure the exact amount of product is dispensed, of course I use a scale to confirm the weight. I also found it helpful to take a picture of where the 50ml or 10ml dispensing mark is on the dispenser, because I have liquid products in several different sizes. Taking a picture of where the marker is for each size has been very helpful for me. Very high quality materials and well put together. I would buy several of these for sure. Great product and has been extremely valuable for my business!!!

So Thankful For Their Customer Service!!!
I have purchased 2 of these machines and have absolutely no prior knowledge of how they work. The Kimtem customer service is so amazing, they have helped me every step along the way from how to assemble properly, how to troubleshoot issues, and even as far as shipping replacement parts that I lost due to my own circumstances with moving! I am so very grateful to them for their excellent support. Thanks to these machines and amazing customer service I have a thriving business and would definitely recommend anyone else to purchase these as your first filling machine!!

Learning curves but great!
So to try to help everyone,I went to lowes and got this tubing in the photo. When connecting to the machine press the tube inside the hole on the left side.To release pull or press that tan piece it goes inside of and it will come out,I use no adapter as this really dosen't need all of that.I will make a vid soon to show it.What I did was use a tube that came with my temptu makeup air brush machine and cut the tubing from lowes on the end where it enters the machine air supply.I cut off 2 inches and glued it as it was smaller than the tube from lowes.THIS IS THE SIZE TUBE YOU NEED!No adapter needed. My small markup compressor was more than enough!.My only issue is that the chamber that pushes it out, does not push all the material out. When I remove the drum and look inside that bottom piece with the 4 screws, there is product left in that little well. The what piece does not pump all the way down to its base.It also squeaks when it returns to starting position. Not sure why.Overall it is a good machine and makes my life easy. Be sure to push the black lever to the right in to fill the machine will air.You will hear it.Also if the piston gets stuck down, pull that lever, wait a few seconds and push it back in and the piston goes back the starting position. Most may or may not know what I said, but when I called amazon they couldn't help and it's not too many vids to help on the subject. I am a beginner at this,I hope it helps somebody.

Absolute Piece of Junk
I read some of the negative reviews, but wanted to give it a try anyway. I'm pretty mechanically savvy so figured I could fix anything that wasn't working. But it is hard to fix something that put together so poorly to begin with.First, be aware that half of the reviews aren't even about this product. It doesn't require any compressed air to run so not sure what that is about. After getting it out of the box, I of course wanted to test it before putting any of our product (nail polish) into the thing. Simple soapy water didn't work. Nothing came out at all despite trying all the adjustments in other reviews.Looked to the instructions for a part diagram, but it is printed so small it is worthless. Instructions are equally worthless. They send you a bag of stuff, but without a readable part diagram you have no idea what any of it is for. I suspect one of those pieces was important to get this to work right, but I guess I'll never know.Proceeded to take it apart and eventually got it to work, but that brought on a whole slew of other problems:- It leaks- It pushes the material out so fast that it blasts out of the container, spilling everywhere and wasting product.- The 'shelf' isn't adjustable enough for small bottles, so it is worthless unless you are filling something largeish.- The gauge on the side goes from 1-10, with 50 supposedly being 50ml. Would it have been so hard to actually put the ML measurement on there?Never got to the point of having to clean the thing, but that definitely would have been a nightmare, especially for something like nail polish.Guess we'll go back to filling bottles with an old fashioned squirt bottle until we can find a machine that is higher quality. This thing is going back where it came from.
