Updated Review: Adjusted stars from one star (due to product arriving broken) to five stars because when I reached out to the company, they were very polite and immediately sent a replacement part to us which arrived in good condition. Now that we have gotten to use the product, we are happy to report that not only does the product work as stated, but we have already experienced the positive effects of the grounding therapy despite having only used it for a short time. The only thing I would suggest is that they make the adhesive on the patches a bit stronger, as it does not last very long and a piece of sports tape is sometimes needed to keep the patch in place after extended use and movement (such as sleeping with the patches on your feet and subconsciously moving around and causing the patch to come off) - wearing a pair of socks helps with this as well, however wearing socks is not always an option. We ordered the grounding therapy patches specifically to help my husband with reduced inflammation, helping with swelling and to help wound healing due to having broken his leg in three places recently. He has stitches in various places from the surgery they did and with the stitches, the swelling from surgery, etc, there is no way he can wear a sock right now to keep the patches in place, so it would definitely be better if they had better adhesive like the patches they put on you at the hospital. Other than that, no complaints, and we are happy to have already seen the benefits of using grounding therapy to help heal from the injury.___________________Original Review: Device to plug into wall outlet arrived broken. I purchased one of these kits for myself and, after reading the book and having some success with grounding, purchased a kit for someone else with chronic pain. This has not reduced my pain as much as I wish or as much as the examples in the book show but it has overall helped my sleep which is worth every penny.The book contains LOTS of research and photos showing very clear evidence that this is a proven way to reduce inflammation. Whether it will reduce your personal pain is probably a matter of trial and error, like every other supplement or pain medication I've tried. However, the beauty of this method is there is NO side effect!The first time I used this, I wore the wires for a few hours and I didn't get any sleep but as soon as I removed the wires I got the best sleep I'd had in months so I think the wires themselves took some getting used to. Now that I'm more used to wearing the wires, I find that they do marginally increase the quality of my sleep. My insomnia is crazy bad so finding anything that helps is amazing! I've also had it dramatically reduce pain in my joints, not every time, but definitely enough to make it worth the purchase. Try putting these on the palms of your hands or the bottom of your feet for generalized pain or directly on the pain spot and experiment with the results.I'd strongly recommend giving this a try if you have insomnia or pain. In addition to my own experiences with it, I have several friends who now swear by grounding and think it has helped them a lot. At this price point and if you've suffered with a chronic issue, its definitely worth a try. My only complaint is that finding replacement patches isn't as easy as I wish. I've tried some from different companies and wish that these original ones were sold economically on Amazon in bulk since I prefer them.

The grounding process works; it has relieved me of much pain. And the patch sticks to your skin for days. I have taken shows, and soaked in water; and the patch has not fallen off. I just hope the gel is skin safe. I hope it will not case me harm. So far, I have not had any side effects.I truly recommend this product.

Bought this in 2022.It was an expensive buy to disturb sleep.I had to worry abt evry bit of it while sleeping.It snaps out so easily & d coiled cable design makes it more so bcoz of its springy stretch.Stick pads doesn't hold on to ur skin it detaches sooner or later throughout ur nite's sleep & had to wake up to find d pieces to attach again

I’ve been using the product less since the patches are inferior to the original ones. They don’t stay on well, even the slightest sweat causes them to come off. I too wish they would go back to the originals. Still, if I can keep one on the deliver awesome results.

I've suffered w/ chronic inflammation (mainly hip) for many years...but the past 6 mos have been particularly bad. Even after trying a cortisone shot, the pain has been worse. I wake up several times a night tossing and turning, trying to find a comfortable position. Take advil gel caps... apply pain cream and try again. By chance...and good fortune I was re-introduced to the concept of grounding/earthing last week. I had heard of it a few years ago...but because of my unfortunate city/condo life...didn't think it was do-able. BUT THIS TIME DETERMINED...I paid more attention...realized my options...and ordered the kit. This in conjunction w/grounded mat in my bed...seems to be working. SO EXCITED OF THE PROSPECT OF A NEW YEAR w/Less PainOR MAYBE EVEN.... PAIN-FREE!!!! THANK YOU :D

I have been dealing with a long term inflammation in y body. I have difficulty sleeping. I attached the patches to my hands before I went to bed and I had the best nights' sleep, I have had in a very long time. I woke up refreshed and full of energy. My energy level has increased as well. I purchased the pads to lay at my feet, for myself and my daughter. Thank you Universe!
