I'll echo what other reviewers have said, the lead is way too short and the lights are way too dim. I didn't want much light but this light set doesn't even cut it for dim lighting. The star shapes are pretty and a good size until you put them up. Then because of the short lead and distance between stars you have to stretch them out and in my case unplug everything and add an extension cord to make them fit across the mantle.Overall, I'm disappointed in this light set mostly because you get very little for almost $20.00 and to fix one problem I'd have to order another set. Even with two sets, you're paying almost $40 bucks for dim lighting and a lead you'll have to hide after plugging string one into another.This is an almost hit because the stars themselves are very nice but I'd steer clear of it unless you have a specific space in mind and only need a hint of light.

I originally purchased four strands of these lights. The appearance of the stars was quite attractive, and I was pleased with them. I hung them outside, on a porch, in an area largely protected from rain, and neighbors and passers-by remarked upon them favorably.However, I found it notable that accompanying them was a slip of paper that said something to the effect that one should not hang them up or outside for more than 90 days. I wasn't that concerned about it, and while they lasted for more than three months, at about the seven-month mark, on one of the strands, eight of ten lights went out. A month to a month and a half later, the same thing happened with a second strand.So, I purchased two more strands to replace the two with problems. Then, one of the two remaining original strands developed the same issue. And ultimately, the last of the original strands went out entirely within about nine months after they were first hung.It's a shame the longevity one expects with LEDs isn't there, as I really do love the star motif and have had no issue with any rusting or degradation of the metal stars themselves; the problems concern the LED lights within.I will say that the reviews that reference that the lights are dim are correct. The brightness was fine for my application, but if you were to hang these indoors in a relatively well-lit room, it's very possible you'd not be able to discern that the stars were illuminated.

So night light is off and these are I just wish I would of bought more before they sold out. I hope they come back cause I want to buy at least 3 more strands.Edit: So it is now July 13 2020 and these lights are going strong my daughter doesn’t like to turn them off so they are on 24/7. I need to get more my daughter wants to have a whole wall full so waiting for more to come in.Edit. So it’s now Dec. 23 2020 and they are going strong. We had one light go out. But mind you we have them on 24/7. We have 3 strands and she wants more lol. At first we had them all on one wall but then she wanted them around her room so now going to have to buy more.

Had this steing of lights for only about two weeks and it burned out! The glow was very low to begin with. I have another metal star steing i got from Target that is brighter and has been worked great for 2 years now.. this one.. dont waste your money.

Did not get a remote control with these. They emit such little light. They are thick and clunky. They are not as long as they say they are. Pretty disappointed.

Not bright enough. The lights are not properly centered on the wiring. Just ok.

Love the lights. It’s just enough to decorate above my big screen TV & clock & wall sconces. Just beautiful. Not too bright but perfect lighting not to distort television view.Thank you 💕

very dim
