Battery itself very easy to install. Getting the back of tablet off is another story. I've had it for less than a week but so far battery life seems to be very good. Accompanying tools to pry backing off were not very durable and snapped pretty quickly. But they lasted long enough to at least get the process started and then finished with my own tools. This product has given an otherwise mint condition tablet a new life. I would recommend to anyone.

I ordered this replacement battery in February. Nine months later, the battery died. I contacted the vendor, they sent me a replacement under warranty, no questions asked. Replacement works great.Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Instalation was easy not because it was the best battery, but it's not rocket science. The battery literally worked good for an entire day and than pages of history book were flipped. Do not buy it. I did not return it because my daughter never told me that her tablet does not work. She stopped using it after it died. A 0 start review is eminent.

As you can see, the plastic tools broke. They also mushroomed easily and did no good in getting the case off. No information on the battery as I have yet to be able to uninstall the old one.Update: Battery now installed and performing quite well. I have left it for a couple of nights now and the charge has slowly dwindled much like any tablet will do. Received it at 54% and two nights later it’s 43%.For the battery, I’m pleased. For the tools I am extremely disappointed. Perhaps if the case was already opened once before they may have worked out well, but for first time opening they are not sufficient in their capabilities.

Would not work for what I wanted. I ordered the wrong product.

Short life span. 6 months. Install was easy and price was right. You get what you pay for.

The tool kit was essential, although the plastic parts are one time only use. The case and battery removal are harder than the video suggests. The screws are really small - use magnifying glasses if you have them. It took me 50 minutes and I’m a novice. Battery works well so far.
