The shipment arrived on time, but, it was shipped to be left at the curb (over 300lbs on skid). Fortunately, the driver helped me put it in the garage. The table was easy to put together and in good shape... The chairs were already assembled, but look like factory seconds. Once I put teak oil on the chairs the flaws on the seat backs and arms stand out and look terrible. I would not buy from this company. Pay and extra few bucks for better quality. I'm embarrassed to show this furniture to my guests.

I was so excited to get this table and chairs...I bought the teak oil and put that on before putting outside? I waited a month and redid the teak oil because the wood started looking bad?I am sending over pictures to show you how bad this table and chairs got.....We are so disappointed. We host many parties out on our new poured deck but i am actually ashamed to show anyone this table and chairs.I would expect a luxurious Grade A Teak set to last more than 3 months? It was not cheap???Please get back to me as to what your thoughts are after looking at my pictures. I would hope to have a new set sent to me or reimbursed.Thank youJudy

The set comes unfinished. I highly recommend a teak oil coat using the directions on the container before you ever use the furniture. We also put seat cushions on the chairs. Ours is on a covered, screened-in porch so it is not directly in the weather 365, but does get a bit of sun late in the afternoon and some dampness when there is a blowing rain. That, coupled with the teak oil and after a year is still looks brand new. Very comfortable chairs. We put a 24" lazy susan in the middle of the table. 4 eat a meal with the table loaded, 6 can eat fairly comfortably. If not eating, but sitting and visiting, 8 can sit comfortably around. Socially, the round is so much better than rectangular tables.The joints are not cabinet-grade, but its outdoor furniture. It's sturdy and most don't notice the imperfections. I noticed it while oiling the set. Other than that, it's just comfortable furniture that manages to handle the weather nicely.

After shopping extensively for outdoor dining table and chairs, I chose this grouping not only for its proportion and style, but the fact that it is made of real farmed teak wood. The wood is left natural (un finished and not oiled) so that the consumer can oil it themselves or leave it natural so that it will eventually gain a grey weathered look. The chair sits a little low to compensate for a cushion. I ordered extra thick cushions from the same company in a special order stripe. The cushions arrived smaller than the actual seating area. After a few e-mails everything was straightened out and new cushions were shipped at no charge. The product and customer service is fantastic!

When my table and chairs arrived I was SO pleased with them immediately. Packaged extremely well, simple to set up - and truly sturdy and stunning. But I had some questions so I contacted the company. What happened next was even better - extremely kind, knowledgable, prompt and thoughtful care. Having been in customer service for over 30 years now. I have high standards. I was EXTREMELY impressed and extremely grateful for the care I received. I have added this company to my favorites and over time will replace my other tables and chairs with theirs as well! I can't wait to be able to bring more of their beautiful furniture to my home. What a find.

Very attractive and solid. Table wobbles since the cross piece at the base don't touch the deck and it is a bit small for the chairs. Four fit perfectly but six result in knees hitting the table legs. A note on delivery.1.you will receive a notice that it has been delivered but it has only been delivered to the furniture trucking company, 2. Some assembly of the table is required, 3. And the packing is intense. Took my husband 3 hours to unpack and break it down...still have a large wooden pallet in the garage. Value seems great for the price and the chairs are really beautiful.

This arrived by large truck, well-packed. The chairs were already assembled, packed with some wood strips to keep them from getting damaged. The table required some assembly (aligning wood, dropping screws), but fit together very well. The wood is beautiful. We use it a lot. Teak has to be oiled or it will fade to gray. We did not completely oil the set because it's a lot of work. I've heard if you don't oil it, bees can move in, but that has not happened, and others have told me don't worry. I'd definitely buy this again.

Attractive, well made. Seats are not super comfortable for lounging but are good for eating. Table and a few chairs wobble slightly. Overall very happy with this.
