BIC Cristal Xtra Smooth Ballpoint Pen, Medium Point (1.0mm), Black, For Everyday Writing Activities, 10-Count

At 67 it is nice to remember that these were the pens of the day in the 1960's. I have an affinity for pens but when I saw these on line I had to have them. They are good pens and BIC was always synonomous with good writing. I am going to buy some for my grand niece and nephew to see if I can keep some of the old Americana alive. These pens came as good as I remember from back in the day.

Nice, it writes really smoothly and I journal a lot for Bible studies n stuff, so it’s good that these pens write smoothly and they don’t leak through paper either.

I really like these pens. They give me a nice sharp, bold, black line. They're not super bold lines, just bold. Much better than the smaller tipped pens that write what looks like like a spider web line width.These pens write smoothly. Though you do have to store them with the point down or you have to shake them a bit when you write with them. I just put them in a pen holder with the point down. Problem solved, a cup or jar that can old pens works just as well. It's not a complicated time consuming thing to do. And at this price point who cares about storing them point down. I refuse to spend nearly a dollar apiece. or more. for something to write with. I'd rather save the money I would have spent on overpriced pens, to purchase something else.I don't like gel pens they soak through paper and make a mess, they also run out of ink much faster.
