Soak in warm water after use
Worked great honestly, just make sure to soak the attachment in warm water after every use to keep it from hardening.

Works Miracles 🙂
This has to be the best invention anyone has made. I read the reviews and was hesitant on buying this, but I decided to go on gut instinct and bought it. OMG, this edger works miracles and if you use it correctly it cuts your painting in half. I only got it for the walls where they touch the ceiling. Crisp, clean lines and nothing on the ceiling. I found if you put the paint in the middle of the pad with a paint brush, it will flow to the top, but use the motion up the wall slightly before going right to the top. If you get paint on the wheels you might as well stop and clean it out and start the next day. Tip: Only do the upper trim the 1st day of your house, depending on how big of project you have. Take your time! The more you wash your pad out and use it again, I noticed that it becomes stiff and does not perform as well. I used 2 pads for a 1500 Sq. foot house. I did attach this to a paint pole and did the stair well with it. It was a little tough, but after 2 coats I got it perfect. I don't have great arm strength but it all came out perfect. So so happy! It a 56 year old lady can do this, anyone can. There are also videos out on how to use this. Trust me for as cheap as this is and the job it performs, WOW! LOVE IT!

It will give you a good edge, but you've gotta really coax it.
This works . . . sorta. It's okay, and it will get the job done. But the instructions on the package and in the videos I watched were all wrong. It says to lightly put the edger onto the top of the paint in the tray to get the paint on the edger. WRONG! You have no control over where the paint is ending up on the edger if you do it this way. And that means that if the paint didn't happen to end up at the edge of the edger, guess what? You won't get a good edge.Plus, loading the paint on it the way they describe to do it can easily end up with getting too much paint on the edger, with the inevitable drips and mess that follows. You "have to" do it their way because if you just kinda dunk it in the tray, you'll get paint OVER the edges, which is exactly what you don't want to do.Instead, the better way to use this is to use a 2" brush and load up the paint on the edger yourself by, well, painting it. That way you control not only the amount of paint that's on it - eliminating drips - but the location of the paint on it - creating better edges. Yes, this takes longer, but you'll still save time by using the edger this way as opposed to trying to paint it with a skinny brush yourself. This has a learning curve - you should practice doing the edging in the more awkward spots without paint before actually using it. I did that, but I'm a lame-o, so I still had some trouble using it.At the end of the day, once I figured out the "real" way to use this, this gave me pretty darn good edges and saved me time without getting very much paint on the other wall where I didn't want it to go.
