great book in a series
I have the first one also and love these exercises. They are clearly illustrated and no explanation needed and none given. You can tell just what to do at a glance. I'm going to buy the one I don't have yet. Im glad there isn't a lot of explanation just look and do, simple quick easy!!

Not for me
I ordered this in hopes of finding body weight exercises that require no equipment - I cannot lift at the moment.Upon receiving it a few minutes ago, I browsed and found myself rather disappointed. The single exercises are repeated over and over in various workouts, in different arrangements with cute names. I'm familiar with all of them, and they do not add variety. Pushups and planks are standard exercises for just about anyone, and if not - there's no explanation with the pics.As for different levels, that's a bit of a joke. Level one has 3 sets, level two has 5 sets, level three has 7 sets. Or thereabouts.Just to be fair to those who do not regularly lift and / or do cardio exercise, I'm giving this two stars instead of one. You can probably raise your heart rate doing some of these, and it gets you off the couch.I need more substance.Ordering mistake and back it goes. (I'd keep it for $10, but not for $25)
