This nanny camera is really easy to use, I want to know the situation at home at all times, as long as I want to point in to have a look, I will be able to record the scene at this moment at any time, the camera is also very clear, you can see every corner clearly, it is easy to operate when connecting to the mobile phone, just keep synchronization on the mobile phone.

I've had this Spy Camera for over a month now and it's still working well.There's nothing about the clock that would raise suspicion about it being a camera as well - the lens is well hidden and is situated close by the clock display.It can be powered by USB or by battery - both of which you get in the box. The USB cable is very long (see image) I forgot to measure it but it's at least 5 foot. This means you can power the clock permanently from a USB wall plug, or a power-bank on a nearby shelf.The battery is an 18650 type Li-Ion battery, and as mine was unmarked I checked its capacity. It came out on average to 1.29 Amps. This is not bad, and will give you around 7 hours of video recording in the day. But about half that at night time.As batteries can go up to about 3.00 Amps in this model of battery, you can more than double your recording time if you were to get a higher capacity battery. Or just plug the clock into a USB wall socket.Setting the clock time can be confusing!The video recording system has its own separate timer, which you set via the WiFi connection you set up via the instructions.The clock ALSO needs its time setting by hand. It does NOT work off the video recorder/WiFi time settings.In an old version of the clock's firmware, the time, then date followed by a fake temperature display would be shown one after the other on a constant loop.The fake temperature display has now been removed - and so the clock cycles between the date and time every couple of seconds. It's not possible to turn off the time/date display switching, but I didn't find it distracting after a few minutes.The clock acts as a WiFi point out of the box and your phone's WiFi can be connected to it to begin the setup process.This involves setting a new password, the date and time (NOT the displayed clocks, but the internal recording timestamp that appears on video, and "live recording" times for when the camera becomes active)You can then set the Spy-Cam Clock to connect it's own WiFi to your WiFi hub when it resets. This gives you access to the video ANYWHERE in the world using the Android / iPhone app's. You get audio and video, and can change from low-res to high res if you're not worried about your data usage.You can also view and control the Camera using a Browser once you discover the IP address on your network.You'll need an IP sniffer application to scan where it is on your network, or check your WiFi hub status page - it'll list the IP address it gave the Spy-Cam when it connected to your Wireless router.You get a bit more control than the Android and iPhone app give you, and are able to set time blocks of activity with a visual grid, and some more IP setting options.If you need to reset the WiFi of the Camera for some reason such as the WiFi password is wrong, you can do this by pressing the RESET button UNDERNEATH the battery compartment cover! The instructions say the reset button is one of the large ones on top. It isn't - it's the tiny circular button by the on/off WiFi switch! I've shown it in one of the pictures below.The Camera for me has worked well for a few weeks now, and I've not had problems in that time. I did ask support about why the button to reset the WiFi settings wasn't working - and that's when I was told about the different position of the button. They were very polite and helpful.If you sd a bit of time getting to know the workings of this Spy-Cam clock, you'll find it works well, including the motion sensing auto-record system.Some reviews are so short and "ratty" that I can only think they've not tried to read the instructions. As you can see by my images, I've been thorough in reading the instructions, investigating the workings, and battery, checked Tech-support for their helpfulness, and discovered the unmentioned Browser controls...So I'm confident in saying it's a good Spy-Cam for the price.A: In the box, there's the Spy-Cam clock, LONG USB power lead, li-ion battery, instructions and warranty form.B: The 18650 battery and rear of the Spy-Cam clock with the back removed.On the top are the control buttons - marked.Below them from left to right: the Micro SD Card slot, the RESET button, the WiFi on/off switch and the USB mini socket.(Note! The the instructions say the RESET button is on the top, it's not - on this model it's left of the WiFi on/off switch. Hold it down for 3 seconds to reset the WiFi.C: The front of the clock showing the time - and the INVISIBLE IR light which shows up from my camera.As can be seen there are 5 IR LED's above and 5 below the display. They do NOT glow dimly red like some IR LED's do (the cheaper 800nm ones).D: When the camera is in the dark with the IR LED's on, and connected to WiFi, the system draws half an amp of power from the USB port - this is also charging the battery. From battery power alone, around 4 hours of full dark use can be expected from the supplied battery. (around 260 mAh draw) A higher mAh "18650 battery" would last longer - easily double for a high capacity one)E: The "18650" type Li-Ion battery.I tested the capacity of mine, and found it could hold 1290 mAh with a test draw of half an amp, which I can confirm lasts around 7 hours during day use of the Spy-Cam. Batteries double this capacity are available, which should therefore last 14 hours+.F: Android app showing the video feed of the Spy-Cam. And this security camera wifi camera's a Bluetooth speaker also, I could use this security camera wifi camera to relax myself by listening to some music and this security camera wifi camera works flawlessly.

Camera worked perfectly right out of the box. I even hooked the power up backwards for a few seconds (accidentally) and once I figured it out and powered it up it worked flawlessly. The resolution was better than I expected. It handled low light, sunlight, fast changes in light levels extremely well. Im thinking of getting a few more of these for remote camera applications.

This nanny cam is great that support connect with phone app. just turn on the two buttons of camera to connect hotspot by phone wifi setting. Then you need tap ""Add connected device"" on the app but not the first line""Add new device"" (When I first used it, I thought need tap add new device but I was wrong. ), tap ""Lan Search"" to connect quickly.It just took me about less 3 mins.Well, the motion detection needs be inserted a sd card to active it. I prepared a 64GB card for this small camera. Personnally, motion alert is good.

Easy to set up although needed some firmware updates. Reasonably good image quality. Took a bit to find out how to work all the features but now have motion tracking and alerts (can easily change the sensitivity level). Night vision is ok, nothing special but good considering the price. Audio is not too bad and pretty good fun for scaring the hell out of my partner. Have recommended to a few friends with kids and pets.

The nanny cams wireless with cell phone app is just awesome, the mounting and installion is simple and uncomplicated. The spy camera has wifi features that we can easily connect with it anytime anywhere.-The recordings are great.-I love it ,you can see what haps in the house via phone app!-Great that the app also notifies if someone is at home!so that you always view your place whenever and wherever you are

This is a very impressive hidden camera spy camera. It may be small but its quite powerful. Very simple to use.
