If you do not like sitting in the dark I recommend these light bulbs. If you live in a cave these probably wouldn't help because you need electricity to get thee to work. If you have electricity set up in your house, or a more modern cave, these are for you. That is provided that you paid you electric bill. Joh Kennedy used light bulbs.

We bought these to replace some old GU24 CFL bulbs that came with our ceiling fan that were buzzy and starting to flicker. These new LED bulbs are slightly brighter, have very similar color, and appear to be high quality. They don't buzz or flicker at all. They come packaged well and the manufacturer places high importance on customer service. We had previously bought the 5000K version, which was too bright and too white. Free returns were offered at the time, so we simply bought the 2700K and returned the 5000K. Very satisfied.

Installed for the last month or so in the breakfast nook, they are used daily and have no flicker. I do not have these on a dimmer, so I can't comment on any issues with that. The color is perfect for breakfast, crossword puzzles and general lighting ambience. I have no failures, currently using eight of them in the light strip. The original halogens were massively power hungry, I have cut the power consumption by nearly a factor of 10. On this fact alone, I get a warm fuzzy knowing that I am cutting my power bill and reducing the grid footprint. I love the fact that they are shorter than many of the older options and sit flush with my light fixtures. It almost looks like they are a single unit. I will upload pictures when I get a chance. Very happy with the price point and feel very good about the fit and finish of the bulbs. I believe these are going to be a very satisfying upgrade to the light fixture.

Our house was designed with this style of light fixture, so we had to find a solution. These lightbulbs work well and are just as bright as typical light bulbs. Turn on right away compared to fluorescent bulbs. Easy to install. Unsure of how using these has affected our energy efficiency.

These are called DAYLIGHT for a reason. Brightest bulb I've ever owned. We replaced our hallway ceiling fixture with a new fixture that accepts 3 of these bulbs and we don't turn the light on as much anymore because this setup is nearly overkill. We may go down to the 2700k version because they are so bright and pure white. Attached pictures were taken in day, and as you can see hey produce as much light as the outdoor natural light.

These bulbs worked great to replace bad bulbs in my bathroom exhaust fan light. They seem to be high quality and they are much shorter than many of the other brands that did not fit well in the unit. Nice and bright too!

My kitchen has track lighting & I kept replacing the halogen bulbs. Plus the bulbs always got really hot & you could feel it while standing at the sink.I chose these in the 5000k white & wow, they are bright!Totally transformed my kitchen & now there is light everywhere & no heat from the bulbs.

I bought these LED bulbs to replace my warm white CFL bulbs, one of which has been dead in my stairway chandelier style light. Although warm white color has soothing effects, I preferred daylight color because it gives me modern, bright feels. It was easy to install. All bulbs were working and very bright. It arrived in good packaging. I hope it lasts long as it was supposed. Time will tell.

The photo attached shows a triple light unit I purchased for my bathrooms about 8 years ago. The light was...adequate...for our bathroom needs, but when one of the lights failed, I found that replacement fluorescent bulbs with the GU24 connection type were impossible to find locally. I tried all of our local hardware stores.On a whim I checked Amazon to see what I could find in their products.These came up in the LED products. Purchased them right away as they fit the socket in the light unit, they took 9 watts (less than the current fluorescent bulbs) and they were rated to be 'daylight' bright (5000K). The new light is in the middle position in the photo. The other two are 13 watt fluorescent types.What a difference! These were also nicely and securely packaged in a colourful sturdy box, which will keep them safe until I need them.Would I buy more like these? Yes.I have several areas where these types of light will shine brightly.

I took a chance on these, fearing they might be of poor quality. I was also uncertain about their longevity. I have a single light fixture in one bedroom in my entire house that uses these special bulb sockets. One day I will replace the fixture with one that uses standard light bulbs. However, in the meantime, these bulbs seem to be exceeding my expectations. Still going strong six months after they were installed, and they remain bright. I wish they emitted more light, but light bulbs with these silly sockets tend to be smaller in size. They are brighter than the CFL lights that were once installed. Only downside is the price - these little devils aren't cheap when compared to regular light bulbs that fit into standard sockets.

Changed from the old spiral bulbs to these bulbs and what a world of difference! The room iss now brighter, more like natural daylight instead of dingy and depressing! I had to search hard to find the shorter than regular bulbs, as I do not like to see them sticking out below the glass on the fixture. These bulbs will probably last my lifetime. Love LED bulbs! This company is fantastic too. The shipping was fast, the packaging is super substantial(quite fancy actually) Customer service is amazing if you need any assistance!

Very bright and nice warm lighting colour, not that cold white or blue light you see from some LED's. The fixture I am using them in was designed for mini spiral CFL bulbs with the twist+lock GU24 base. I had a difficult time finding an LED bulb that would fit - I need an A19 "style" but they had to be smaller than A19 bulbs.. Based on the dimensions provided in the Amazon listing, it appears these would fit and so I ordered. The bulbs arriveed quickly, and while the fit is tight as can be seen in the photos, they do fit into the fixture and I'm very happy with them so far.

My bathroom has 3 CFL 13W light bulb pre-installed and after a year, all are dead. So I ordered this package with 4 light bulb.What amazed me was that I just need to install 1 light bulb. The brightness of this 9W light bulb is more than my other 3 13W CFL bulbs, which is insane. And to think that LED light bulb will save more energy (9W vs 3*13W), safer (CFL contains Mercury) and last longer, this is a deal.I highly recommend this!!!
