It an upgrade for me! Fast
I had an old all in one HP pavilion and it was so slow that I been looking for something else for school work. This is fast and smooth. I didn’t have to do much set up. Very easy, fast, and does what it saids. I’m happy. It was well packaged no damage during delivery.

A good value
For the money, it’s a fine pc. I haven’t yet determined if it can be upgraded to Windows 11 (requires some BIOS massaging first), but Windows 10 is fine. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth aren’t built onto the motherboard, but are provided via USB adapters. Also included is a USB adapter for the provided wireless keyboard. The mouse is . Everything worked and installation of the OS was problem-free.

IF you want a computer that works, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SKYTECH USA-- EVER ---AVOID LIKE COVID
arrived poorly packed, box was too large and additional styrofoam corners were used to pack box by just randomly putting them on top of box without securing them. PC never worked out of the box. When installed, the Case rattled, so I brought it to a local computer tech and the opened it in front of me to find broken plastic retainers that were not secured when the drives were installed. The tech then showed me an abundant amount of dust built up inside of unit as it was never refurbished, only "repaired". Also power switch was frozen and would not turn on found more broken plastic around the faceplate where the switch was located.. Power cord that came with the unit was defective also. Could not contact SKYTECH, never answered phone for two days finally answered and told me I was out of luck, it would take at least 5 days to get a new one. AMAZON did not back up this company, refused to replace it, instead offered a credit and now I'm out since I had to bring it to a store to have it checked out and was totally embarrassed when the tech opened the box. AMAZON couldn't give a damn and SKYTECH is a Canadian company that should be closed for "POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE and ZERO TECH SUPPORT. Put your hours of operation on the card-- the only paperwork that came with the unit-- no manual or even an invoice or proof of purchase. POOR POOR POOR negative 10 rating.

Good Quality for Great Price
I have had this computer a few days now and it is all set up. Some minor scratches on box but not visible under desk. Apps and internet run fast. Good video card. I will use it for emails, photos, purchases and surfing. It came in a very large box and inside was the smaller box that housed the computer, boxed corded mouse and boxed corded keyboard. There could have been more of the brown wrapping paper inside to prevent the smaller box from moving around while in transit, although the items were not damaged with the minimal paper. I could not get an internet connection and called the Tech Support about that. There is not an internal wifi adapter, it is a USB module. I then went back into the box and found it wrapped in a plastic wrap at the bottom of the large box. For $128.00 and the $ 21.00 I paid for a 3 yr extended warranty this is a great deal.

So far, so good!
I ordered this machine before the holidays and it was late arriving due to a shipment delay. But the customer service gave me a small refund to make up for the inconvenience. Then, I the WiFi was spotty with the supplied USB Wifi device. And there was no Bluetooth device. But customer service made up for this again by sending a replacement USB Wifi device and Bluetooth device very quickly. So, yes, so far so good! This machine appears to do everything I'd like it to do so far (though it has an integrated video card, so some games on Steam don't work if they require this). And yes, it really is a 2011 Optiplex 390 that appears to have been refurbished in 2018. But even so, it seems to be a good machine so far. I ordered some additional RAM from the sellers too. All in all, a great deal for the money.

WON'T BURN DISKS
I've just discovered that the disk drive in this computer won't BURN disks, which I need to do. It will only play them. I didn't know that some only play and I didn't see in the description anything about that so most people would probably assume that it does.

Great PC for the money
The PC looks as if it is new. It started right up and runs well. The windows install was weird and something was wrong as when I tried to enter/modify the environmental variables (add python to my path) it would not register. I did a clean install of windows and everything is fine. It is okay for some gaming but not "heavier" more graphically intense games. I did not rate support as I did not use it.
