Amazon Basics Down-Alternative Comforter Bedding Set with Pillow Sham - Twin, Grey

We have had this comforter for only a short time, but so far are very happy with it. The twin is generously sized, lightweight, very soft, and comfortable. It appears to be of good quality and is well made. It arrived promptly, was packaged well, and upon opening it there was no odor at all. The comforter has a little loop on each of the four corners to secure the ties of a duvet cover, if you wish. We have it in white and in a duvet cover, not really necessary but our small dog loves to sit on the bed and watch “interesting” happenings outside the windows. (Duvet we chose is “Sleep Zone Bedding Duvet Cover Sets Cooling 120gsm Soft Zipper Closure Corner Ties …” and very happy with this also.)

I love this comforter! So soft and warm. Light weight too. Have to fight the dog to get my share of the comforter at night, LOL.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight while still remaining comfortably warm. I have washed the comforter three times now and it washes wonderfully. I haven’t experienced any fraying whatsoever. The only thing that might be bothersome is the wrinkles. I always remove the comforter promptly from the dryer but I can’t get rid of the wrinkles. I’m sure there’s ways to get rid of them but I don’t mind them at all. This was a really great buy and I would recommend it.

It's very difficult to find a down alternative comforter in Royal Blue right now, so I took a chance on this $40 King size deal for the color and lightweight qualities. For $40, why not?? I loved it so much I bought a second one for another room, but the second one came with uneven filling, creating a vertical hump in the middle of the bed (see pics). It wasn't horrible but I noticed it and it didn't go away. It also had some dark spots all over the fabric, again, not noticeable unless you're looking up close, but definitely a defect in the fabric. I'm returning this one. I noticed that the first one was vacuum sealed, and the second one wasn't, so maybe it was returned and sent back out? Anyway, for the price, if you get a defective one, send it back and you will probably get a better one! Also, I was hoping this would be light enough for Florida summer nights after reading the reviews, but it was a little warm for my husband (who is a hot sleeper) and me. The color is perfect though, and it's super soft for $40, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Would have given it 5 if I hadn't gotten a defective one.

This is an excellent product -- the bed feels so cozy with this cover, and the extra pillow case was used under a regular pillowcase, giving the pillow extra protection. It was a gift, and my sister loved the feel of it, So soft, and the fabric feels like good quality. We haven't laundered it yet, but I will post results once I hear from my sister about how it handled being laundered. If it keeps it's plushness and softness, it's a winner for sure!

Love the color, the shams are nice too. I use this by itself for half the year because it's the perfect thiccness to keep me warm but cool enough in the summer.I recommend pulling out a second blanket in the winter to help cut down on heating costs.There's even little loops in the corner to add a duvet or even little tassels if your into that.

The color is as pictured (this may vary on different computers). Very happy with this set and the price! Nice size, very soft, medium weight. Material is NOT flimsy as in other quilted sets in this price range. I washed when received and it came out of washer & dryer with no changes, pills, lumps or snags. Looks beautiful.

I've had this comforter for about a week and a half. I washed and dried it per label instructions, in a washing machine and dried it on low setting in a dryer, without any problems.It's exactly what I was looking for, not too heavy and not too light. I feel like it's a very good investment for the money. I would buy another in a heartbeat, if I needed one!
